odessa and timothee had landed in california and had gone to his home to get settled in before they met up with alexa and the group. they planned on staying for four nights. the first night would be spent all together, the second would be a girls night, the third would be back all together and then the last night was going to be spent to just hangout as a couple.

the couple pulled up to alexa's house, odessa had brought her makeup bag as alexa had instructed her to get ready as a group with the girls.

des was nervous for timothee and angus to see each other again, she knew that her and angus ended on really mature terms and he was still one of her best friends but she couldn't help but be nervous.

all of her fears quickly resolved when they arrived because dominic, angus, and jacob immediately made timothee feel welcomed into their friend group.

they greeted odessa but turned to timothee anyways "des you're great and all but our business is with timothee" dominic declaired.

odessa scoffed "wow guys i missed you too" she laughed, still staying by timothees side.

angus looked down at the much shorter girl "yeah yeah, whatever" he turned to timothee "so... we need a little help finishing something" angus explained.

timothee nodded along "finishing what?" he asked furrowing his brow.

angus reached into his pocket and pulled out the biggest joint that odessa had ever seen, timothee smiled widely "des, babe you're excused" he joked kissing odessa on the head and following the boys to the backyard.

odessa smiled to herself as she made her way into alexa's bedroom to join the girls to get ready.

the group spent the night at a club and then all of them crashed at alexa's house so they could all be together to do it again the next night.

the next night the boys headed out to go to a casino while the girls got ready together, sipping rosé as they did their makeup.

maude whispered to odessa "hey des, do you think we could talk maybe?" she asked.

odessa smiled "yeah of course!" she followed her friend into the kitchen "what's up?".

maude fidgeted with her hands nervously "i just wanna make sure we're ok... that it's not weird or anything" she explained "what i'm trying to say is... are you mad at me for seeing angus?".

odessa smiled "mad? of course not maude i'm really happy for you two! look me and angus loved each other but just not in that way" she explained "i really just want you guys to be happy".

maude sighed "oh thank god that's such a relief" she smiled reaching over to hug her friend "thank you for being so chill, i really love you".

the girls got to the club and odessa offered to go to the bar to get the first round. she was waiting for a bartender to notice her when she spotted a girl who was familiar, the girl approached her.

"hey... you're odessa right?" she asked

odessa nodded "yeah, i am" she smiled.
