Chapter 2

CHAPTER 2

3 days have passed since the day they talked to me about my business. I didn't choose. This is one of my dreams and they know that. Girls' Generation and my co members have been part of my life and they know that. I cannot leave both of my business and my group.

Today I'm at New York City for my studies. Tomorrow, I'll go back to South Korea because we will have a fanmeeting at China. And I'm excited for it!

Third Person's POV

The SM staff and Kim Young Min (new CEO of SM ent) are having a meeting about Jessica Jung right now.

"She didn't choose between her group and her business."

"She's at the USA again."

"I don't want her to continue her business while she's in the group."

"Why?"

"Don't you think she'll just use Girls' Generation's fame for her own branch?"

"So what do you want to do now, Mr. Kim Young Min?"

"Kick her out of the group."

-The next day-

Jessica's POV

*phone rings*

It's Taeyeon.

"Hello?" I said.

"Sica..."

"Yes?"

"You can't go to with us at China today"

"Why not?"

"You're out of the group."

And there I was, totally shocked and had mixed emotions. I didn't responsed for 2 minutes, I guess.

Until she spoke again.

"CEO Kim Young Min told us you're no longer a member because of your business. As we told you last time, they want you to stop your business and focus on our group only."

Without saying anything, I ended the call.

And then, I started crying.

I don't understand. Why? Why do I have to stop my business? Why do they have to kick me out of the group? I'm just pursuing my dreams! Girls' Generation has nothing to do with that. So why??

I just cried and cried.

I'm inside the airplane right now, heading to South Korea.

I grab my phone and click the weibo app.

I started typing "I was excited about our upcoming fan events only to be shockingly be informed by my 8 members and the company I'm no longer a member --- I'm devastated. My priority and love is to serve as a member of GG but for no justifiable reason, I'm being forced out."

and while typing those, I cannot stop my tears to fall down.

Third person's POV

The 8 members of Girls' Generation are the *Incheon airport right now. They'll be heading to China for the said fanmeeting.

While they were walking, serious looks and sadness are all over their faces.
