The next day Denji once again returned to Makima's apartment for the second day of their routine. Denji had a new idea for her, that might also benefit him. Hopefully, she would go along with it. "Hey, Miss Makima," he said. She had come back from the kitchen with come tea and cookies.
"Yes Denji," she responded sitting down next to him. "I was wondering if you w-wanted to hang out with me on Saturday?" he asked the redhead. Makima looked at him, "Why do you ask," she said back. "Because sometimes friends like to go out with each other and have fun." Denji explained.
"Alright, that sounds like a fun idea; but what should we do?" she said pondering. 'Well let's see, aha.' "What about we go to the park." she told him. "Why not?" he said back and smiled. 'It'll be like a date, oh I'm so exci-, no I can't think like that. This is to help her, not a cheap way to get laid.' "Is something wrong Denji? Something on you mind?" she asked him while noticing him staring at the ceiling.
"N-no, nothing sorry. So, what time should we go to the park on Saturday?" he quickly changed the subject back. "How about 12:30 sharp?" she told the blonde. "Okay Miss Makima, I have to go now. Thanks for the tea and crumpets though. They were really good," he smiled. "You're welcome," she received the compliment as Denji walked out the door.
