"where the hell is he?" y/n said, looking through the crowd of people in hopes to find her boyfriend- who invited her to go with him.
right now, she's with draken, emma, takemichi and hina. she's basically a 5th wheel right now.
she huffed as pieces of her hair fell to frame her face, causing hina and emma to comfort her and fix her hair.
"there there. don't worry about that no-show mikey!" emma said, making hina nod in encouragement.
"you have us! so let's go and have fun."
they all offered her an encouraging smile, making y/n shake her head in amusement as she guided her friends inside the festival venue.
the sight there amazed her.
there were a bunch of stalls that made food- goes the same to those who bring entertainment.
"c'mon y/n! let's go try and catch a fish!"
emma and hina dragged her away, leaving the two males behind them to deadpan at the sight.
"i thought i was her date..." takemichi mumbled, causing draken to laugh beside him as they followed behind the ladies.
"sorry takemichi, but y/n is kinda like that. it's not intentional but if anyone sees her pouting, she's suddenly babied." looking at the three who were struggling at catching a single goldfish.
"no one can resist seeing her sad."
was all he said, joining the three to help them catch a goldfish that can die in the morning. the fishes in festivals tend to not last long.
takemichi smiled at how happy hina was- even his newfound friends.
today was august 3rd, the day that draken was fated to die. but he thought that he can finally breathe seeing that he stopped the fight against moebius.
i suppose i can be selfish only for today...

it was starting to get late as the group of five started walking to the exit.
"i wanna get some!" emma was tugging on draken, wanting to drag him to a food stall. the male simply stood still with a deadpanned face.
"you'll get fat if you do."
"hah?!"
y/n laughed at the sight. she had distanced herself from both couples since she felt guilty hogging the girls to herself the first half of their adventures.
now she was with hina and takemichi.
"man, i wish mikey was here. i don't wanna be a 5th wheel anymore." she sighed, making hina laugh at her as she patted the female on the back.
"why didn't you just call him?" takemichi asked. y/n's face turned from pouty to deadpan real quick- looking at takemichi as if he had said something wrong.
