Y/N: What's happening to me?

1st person view

You are looking at your now glowing hands. They feel hot, but they don't burn. They feel cold, but they aren't freezing.

Y/N: What? What is this?

You look around to be sure that no-one else is there.

Y/N: I think I better go home. It isn't safe here.

You start to walk home. Then you start jogging. Then you start running. And you start to run faster and faster. Faster than you have ever ran. And in 3 minutes you were in front of your home. In just 3 minutes, you were in front of your door. You weren't even tired. You felt like you were on top of the world.

Y/N: Oh yeah. I just got super powers. But the question is, where did they come from? Meh! Problem for future Y/N. I'm gonna go run some more.

For the next hour you were just running all over Manhattan. The whole time smiling and being happy. Happier then you ever were.

Y/N: I wonder what I should do next?

A lightbulb appeared. Superhero training. Que the Rocky theme music.

And so you spend the next few weeks training. You found out that you are strong enough to lift a car above your head, fast enough to outrun a race car, durable enough to shrug off bullets and falling of buildings headfirst. You discover healing factor after you tried to jump from one building to another. It usually works, but this time you misjudged the distance between the buildings and fell. Good news, you discovered just how durable you are. Bad news, you broke your arm, but it healed in 30 seconds. You also noticed that your reflexes have gotten a boost. Capable to easily avoid gunfire and melee attacks. Your intelligence got a massive boost. (Shocking you had any). You were easily able to calculate and process thing faster than ever. It was like you were a living computer. One of the shocking changes was that you weren't afraid when you looked the gun that was pointed in your direction. You felt, brave, strong, you felt courageous, but that still didn't stop you from pissing your pants. Hey, you were now capable of doing parkour thanks to your enhanced agility. And lastly, but not the least, you discovered just the other day that you have enhanced senses. It was a massive pain. You had to go to the doctor to see what's wrong with you. The doctor said it was nothing and he sent you home. On your way back you searched on the internet, incognito mode, which heroes and villains had enhanced senses and side-effects of superhuman senses. The top result were Wolverine and Daredevil. Turns out that your smell was as good as that of a Bloodhound, hearing as good as a bat, sight as good as an eagle, and your taste and touch were also enhanced. Touch is still hard to understand, but the taste made food and drinks awful. Luckily, you were able to learn to control your powers. Wouldn't want to accidentally kill someone.

Y/N: Okay, let's go over this one more time. Enhanced physical abilities, check. Enhanced mental abilities, check. What gloving hands meant, still unknown. Get shot at, check. Make a name for yourself and probably find clothes that won't be easily destroyed, added to to-do list.

You scratch the back of your head.

Y/N: Hu-boy. This is not as easy as it looks.

You look at your watch. 12:45PM.
