"What?" Alice turns my head in his direction surprised by his words. "No." She chuckles " No one does..." Her words get caught in her throat. "They never did." His eyes scan her face as he thinks about what to answer. "...why were you outside anyways?" He changed the topic quickly.
"Well...I...it's complicated..."She avoids his intense glance, fiddling with her hoodie.
Jungkook sighs knowing she will not tell him that soon. He bites his inner cheek feeling that something is not right. "Alice I know you don't know me and I probably make you feel pretty uncomfortable, but I swear to you I don't even know why but I think you should stay here...just a few days until you have rested enough."
He thought of being whit him sleeping in a house with him..." I don't know what...what if..." Jungkook shakes his head speaking up with authority in his voice. "Honestly it wasn't a question I do not let you stay out there and you die slowly, Alice." Jungkook's phone rings and he stands up to pick it up but before he leaves her his eyes to soften a bit. "Alice just do as a say okay?"
Alice nods still unsure but the way he treats her makes her feel like she owns him sometimes. " Okay," she says as she watches him leave her alone.
"You shouldn't waste your time with me..."
