5 a.m. and Alice was still wide awake, the pain defending her. Blood peaked through her shirt, leaving a red spot. She needs to get up and find something to clean, but she couldn't, too weak since she ate nothing for about three days.
Alice's eyes became heavy due to her lack of sleep. But then she heard a noise not far. As quiet as possible, she tried forgetting her pain, now scared of whatever is outside.
Footsteps approach her, making her shut her eyes in fear. She can't do anything she's too weak right now.
A flashlight moved across the room, stopping on Alice, and causing her to open her eyes.
It was a male she thought due to his muscular form. She couldn't see anything else it was still too dark.
The male moved closer, moving his hand in her direction.
She looked at his hand, confused about what he wanted. He rolled his eyes, annoyed by that younger girl. "The money, you stole the money." He looked at her, still waiting.
Alice stared at the intimidating male shook her head nervously. " I-i don't h-have any m-m-money sir." Her shaking voice made that lie way too obvious. "Yeah, and what's that?" Forcefully he made his hand slightly in her pocket finding that money as he thought he would.
"How you dare mess with me like that. Do you even know who the fuck I'm?" He forces her up by taking her wrist and pushing her against an old standing clock, which caused her blanket to leave her making her legs shake under his tight grip on the wrist.
Alice's body language showed the pain she is in. The unknown noticed that as well, his eyes scanned her fragile body. She was too thin, with shaking legs, and several bruises on her neck there's probably more but that's everything he could see, dark eye bags on her face, she looked literally like a lifeless dead doll.
Shit, she is bleeding. He thought as he saw several cuts on her arms. Some looked older while others looked fresh.
He slowly let go of her, seeing how tired she got. Sighing deeply he carefully took her in his arms getting her in his car. He turned on the heat as he watched her sleeping body in the backseat.
You're lucky I found you...
