It's 10 in the morning.

KK takes her at home. Teju is still sleeping due to medicine effect. He makes her lie down on bed. Then comes outside.

Kd: Aab thik hai vo?

KK: So Rahi hai.

Km: Bataya usse?

KK nodded.

KK: Bohot mushkil se injection deke sulaya hai usse mumma. I didn't know, woh uthne ke Baad Mai Kya karunga. Usse kaise handle karunga.

Kd patted on his shoulder.

Kd: Beta, now you have to be strong.

Km: Haa Sunny. Iss wakt usse Sab se jyada tumhari support ki jarurat hai. Tum uski sabse Badi strength ho. Tumhe hi usse handle Karna Hoga.

KK nodded. Meanwhile Omi comes at their home.

Om: Bhai, Mai aapko kabse call kar Raha hu. Aap utha nehi rahe the. Kaha the aap?

KK: Aree, I'm sorry. Woh Mera phone shayad room mei hi reh gaya. Silent karke rakha hai.

Km: Haa, beta hum abhi abhi hospital se Aaye hai na. Toh shayad Sunny ne dhyan nehi diya.

Omi: Hospital!!! Hospital Kyu? Saab thik hai na? Bhabi kaha hai? Bhabi thik hai na?

Then KK tells him everything.

Om: Abhi woh thik hai na?

KK: Nehi. Bohot mushkil se injection deke sulaya hai. Abhi so Rahi hai. Par kab tak Aise rahegi pata nehi. Jab uski neend tutegi toh tab phirse.......

He becomes vulnerable. Om hugs him.

Om: Bhai Saab thik ho Jayega. Don't worry. Humari Teju bohot strong hai.

KK: Om, I don't know. Mai usse kaise handle karunga. Yeh Saab accept Karna uske liye bohot difficult hai. I really can't understand.

Km brings some food for all of them.

Kd: Sunny, tujhe khudko toh Thoda strong rakhna Hoga. I know woh tera bhi baby hai. But woh bachchi, usne yeh Saab jhela hai. Jo hua woh uske Saath hua hai. Usse mentally aur physically support dene ke liye tujhe toh strong rehna Hoga.

Om: Haa Bhai. Aap Thoda toh Khalo.

Like this they make him eat a little bit.  After sometime KK good to their bedroom and sits beside her. He holds her hand.

KK: I know Laddoo, Tu bohot jyada pain mei hai. But you have come out of this. I know yeh pain intolerable hai. But please you have to be strong. I can't see you like this. Akhir Tu hi toh Mera Sahara hai.

A drop of tear rolled down from his eye. He goes to belcony and closes his eyes. Suddenly he heard Teju's scream. He rushes to her. Teju is screaming in sleep.

Teju: My baby........ My baby....... Please don't leave me...... please..... (She's crying and blabbering continuously)

KK patted her cheeks.

KK: Teju, Laddoo........ Uth jaa baby. Teju.......

Teju wakes up with a jerk. She saw KK and immediately hugs him. She's crying continuously.

Teju: Sunny, aisa Kyu hua. Sunny Maine sachmei Kuch galat nehi Kiya jisse usse nuksaan ho. Maine woh Saab kiya Jo humare baby ko healthy rakh sake. I swear, Maine Kuch aisa nehi kiya Jo humare baby ke liye harmful ho. Toh aisa Kyu hua Sunny. Kyu....... (She's crying loudly)

KK's eyes become teary to see her. He hugs her more tightly and kisses on her forehead.

KK: Laddoo, shayad aisa hi hona tha. Shayad Kuch aur bhi achcha likha ho humare life mei. Shayad yeh sehi wakt nehi tha. Aur jab bhi sehi wakt ayega tab humare paas humara ek chotu bhi Hoga. Aur Laddoo, Hum dono ek dusre ke liye Kafi hai. Hum hai na ek dusre ke liye.

Teju is listening to him with puppy face. She's nodding like a baby. She snuggles into him.

KK: Aur Tere pas toh hai hi tera 1st baby.

Teju: Kaun?

KK: Mai. Tu mujhe bhul gayi.

Teju chuckles.

Teju: Tum hi mere baby ho Sunny. I love you. (She said in a cute way)

KK: I love you too my jaan.
