We are taking a break this week! As with the previous break, I would like to introduce the two other main characters, Shailene and Ragnar.
Both Shailene and Ragnar may as well be those of us reading this novel, who feel frustrated and, well, feel left behind. Ragnar has been fighting for the cause his whole life, but after many failures and defeats, he is losing hope. He feels that a small group of dreamers may not be enough to change the world. Shailene has seen the world crumble as she grows up, and decides that a hopeful outlook is definitely not enough to turn the tide of history. She decides to become the hammer that wakes up the world.
