The boy next door (Soobin)

I had moved from home with my parents since I got accepted to a university 5 hours away. I was carrying my things from the car to inside my house. I set down the boxes and went back to my car. This box was much heavier than the others. I set it down on the floor and took a deep breath when I heard a voice. "Do you need help?" I looked around to see a really tall guy. "Maybe a lit..." before I was able to finish my sentence the tall guy had already picked up the box. "Well thank you" I said. He walked back and started carrying the rest of the boxes. "You don't need to do that. I can carry the rest of the boxes." I spoke. "No, I got it." he replied. He finished carrying the boxes and then he walked towards to me. "I'm Soobin." he extended his hand. I shook his hand. "I'm Y/N. well thank you for helping me. I owe you one." I spoke. "you're welcome and no you don't owe me anything." he responded. "Ah come on I'll feel bad, so I do owe you something." I told him. "Fine, but not right now, I'll think about something." he said. "Okay deal." I said with a small smile. He smiled back. 

Days later...

It was my first day at the university. I was walking around trying to find the class when I heard a familiar voice. "Hey neighbor!!" Soobin said laughing. "Hi." I approached him. Soobin was with 4 other guys. "Who is this?" one of them asked. "This is Y/N. She just moved next door to me. "Well, she is really pretty." Taehyun said. "Yeah, she really is." Yeonjun agreed. "Guys, don't be hitting on Soobin's girlfriend." Huening Kai said laughing. Beomgyu just laughed.  I turned red. "Guys, she is not my girlfriend. Y/N don't listen to them. Let me introduce the guys. Taehyun is who called you pretty, Yeonjun is who agreed. Huening Kai is the one that called you my girlfriend and the one that just laughed is Beomgyu." he said. "Nice to meet you all." I spoke. "Nice to meet you too." All the guys said at the same time. "So what classes are you taking?" Yeonjun asked and took my schedule from my hands. "You have economics, with me, English with Soobin, computer science with Huening Kai, Taehyun and Beomgyu.  Soobin does not go to class that often so I will walk you to your first class which is English. he said. "Hey, I can take her to class since I am in that class." Soobin said. "Is Soobin jealous?" Huening Kai asked laughing. "He thinks he is going to steal his girl." Taehyun laughed. Yeonjun walked me to class. "Here is your class. if you need anything else let me know." "Thank you Yeonjun." I smiled at him and then took my seat. Soobin walked inside and it seemed like he was fuming. He sat in the seat behind me but did not say anything. Class was over he just left without still saying anything. I followed him. "Hey Soobin, what's wrong with you?" I tried talking to him. he ignored me and kept walking. Yeonjun showed up. "Just leave him alone Y/N, he will eventually get over it. Do you want to get something to eat?" he asked. "Okay and yeah sure." Yeonjun and I headed to the cafeteria. I was going to pay for my food, but Yeonjun insisted. We talked for a while, as we ate our food. Then it was time to go home so I walked home. Yeonjun wanted to drive me home, but I told him I wanted to walk. When I got home, I saw someone sitting on my doorstep. "Soobin, what are you doing here?" I asked. "I want to apologize about earlier just the guys really got on my nerves with all the teasing." he said. I sat next to him; it is okay don't worry about it. I told him. We spent the rest of the night just talking and getting to know each other. 

Months later... 

"Hey Y/N, there is something I want to ask." Soobin asked getting a little nervous. "What is it?" I asked. "I have liked you for a while so I wanted to ask if you want to be my girlfriend?" he tried not to be nervous. "Yes I will." I said. We kissed each other and smiled.
