"I'M GONNA DIE!!! I'm dead, I'm dead, I'm dead! I'm telling you! Tanjiro, (M/n) and I got split up!!", Zenitsu cried as he trembled. (M/n) blinked at his quivering form as a piercing, loud sound of fear came from him. Shoichi was shouting as he glanced around, desperately searching for his sister, "Teruko! Teruko!"
Zenitsu clung onto the little boy's haori sleeve, stopping Shoichi from telling any more, "No, no, no! Don't be so loud!", He said as beads of sweat dropped from his face, "If you're too loud, the bad guy will hear you, and it won't be pretty! Come on, let's step outside!"
Are you also making noise? (M/n) questioned internally, deadpanning for a moment.
"Wha... why outside?", Shoichi questioned as he looked at the scared blond that clung onto his arm, "Are you trying to escape all by yourself?", Zenitsu looked baffled for a moment.
Shoichi continued, "All this constant whining about dying... aren't you ashamed about yourself? Clinging onto a younger person... don't you feel pathetic?", an invisible arrow seemed to have 'stabbed' through Zenitsu's heart as the blond dramatically put his hands on his chest at how painful Shoichi's words were.
(M/n) watched with amusement as Shoichi says, "Why are you wearing that sword on your waist for anyway?", then Zenitsu spat out blood as he dramatically lied on the floor, looking defeated.
"Those words cut through so deep..." Zenitsu said as he spat out more blood.
"Oh Zenitsu, stop being so dramatic!", (M/n) says as he looked towards the little boy, "Now, what's your name little one?", he asked and the boy replied, "M- my name is Shoichi.."
"Shoichi... such a wonderful name you have!", (M/n) complimented as he cheerfully introduced himself and Zenitsu, "My name is (M/n) (L/n), and that blond's name is Zenitsu Agatsuma. Pleasure to meet you, Shoichi! Anyways,"
The white-haired slayer started walking over to the shoji door, "We should atleast attempt to find the exit of this mansion as we try to find Tanjiro, and Shoichi's little sister and older brother as well.", He placed his hand on the door and slid it open, 'expecting' to be met with the outside but was instead greeted with another room.
(M/n)'s eyes turned beady like buttons as his smile slightly flattered into a smaller smile, "..Eh?", He blinked in confusion and Zenitsu's face turned to an expression akin to horror, "Huh, I thought this was supposed to lead to the outside-"
