As a child, everyone has different interests. They can range from drawing and colouring to collection of things like bottle caps, old money, etc. Just like that, many liked when they were narrated a story.
Like any other day, a kindergarten teacher gathered the students around her to sit and listen to a story that she liked. What the teacher didn't know was how much this story would go on to affect a little girl in her class whose name would probably have been forgotten by the teacher.
Love is a value, an emotion that not everyone has/can afford. It can be the best and the worst emotion for everyone. When someone has given up all hopes of falling in love, people try to comfort them and say that maybe the other person wasn't the right one.
The question would then arise of who the right person actually was? Were we destined to meet them? Would we ever meet them? How would we know who the right person was?
Rumor has it that your Mr. or Ms. Right is destined to meet you at least once while you're alive. The right person for a person is termed as their soulmate. No matter who you fall in love with, you're bound to die old with your soulmate.
Some versions of this story say that you and your soulmate are bound to die on the same day, but this version of the story is frowned upon by society for it may lead the newer generation to commit stuff like murder, suicide, etc.
How does one know if they have found their soulmate?
You just know it! You can call it instincts or whatever you like, but you just know when you meet your soulmate. It is said that you feel instant attraction to that person. You feel butterflies and sparks around that person. The main difference between identifying your soulmate and your crush is that you can already see a future with your soulmate.Although, these 'stereotypes' seem to be illogical, many find such claims to be a good way to pass time.
It is also said that you are destined to meet your soulmate at your favourite/comfort place. The reason for this is that people believe that common beliefs can bring people closer, which makes it the ideal place to meet your partner.
Not everyone is destined to meet their soulmate and that is quite alright. Yet, some believe that this practice may cause loneliness that may or may not lead to death.
Not everyone has a 'happy ever after'. Some stories are meant to end tragically. Just like that, not everyone has a soulmate who is alive or in love with them, such stories are often preferred when they are unfinished. Not everyone likes tragic endings.
The story seemed to be very difficult to understand for the kids, yet one could tell that it was a very meaningful one.
