I have a psychiatrist appointment today. Last time he told me he'd bring his psychology books for me to read since he doesn't need them anymore. I wonder if he'll live up to that promise.
I'm leaving in twenty minutes, at 1:50 pm.
Recently I had a doctor's appointment. My doctor told me I can only exercise for 20 mins a day when I'm at school. At home I should avoid exercising because I barely eat so I'm loosing weight faster than I can gain.
She also sent a note so I can get in and see a cardiologist for the tilt table test. She said it takes a month to get in but I'm doubting that highly during these times.
She also said to wear compression socks more often. I have no clue where they went though.
We got a treadmill at home and I hear my mom walking on it last night. I had to shut my door cuz the noise was annoying me a lot. I was so excited to use the treadmill when my mom ordered it, then my doctor told me I shouldn't exercise at home.
My mom told me if I found runners I could use it too, so I had to remind her that the doctor said I'm not allowed. She was like "oh yeah. Right." How sad.
Anyways I should probably go. It's almost 1:40 pm and I have to go in ten minutes. Peace✌️.
