Every character has a story to tell, may it be the female lead or male lead, the cannon fodder, or even the antagonists. The female lead or male protagonist does good deeds and is praised by all. The cannon fodder is there to showcase the protagonist's good side. While the antagonists are commonly known as Villains. Villains are hated because they don't live up to their expectations or they behave differently. Compared with the protagonist it's obvious in black and white for all to see.

The antagonists are portrayed as self-centred, arrogant, selfish, and described as kind. While the protagonists are portrayed as heroic, angelic, sweet, helpful, and kind. Why whenever the protagonist makes a mistake they are quick to say it's the villains who are at fault. They try to comfort them so that the protagonist won't feel bad. With the villains, they are sitting and waiting for the time when they make a mistake. So that they can gloat and gossip over the villain's misfortune.

People treat the villains like they are monsters, they think that they were born that way. They forgot that they too are human, that they once had someone they care for and they too have something to protect. They are sometimes the cause of the villains being who they are to protect their fragile souls. Villains are not born, they are made.

Princess Olivia Lanchester, the daughter of the Northern Duke Axion Lanchester, is portrayed as a villain by all. She has four older brothers, who are two sets of twins. Derrion and Erion are the older ones and Valerio and Aziel are the younger ones. Olivia was hated by her older brothers and her father because her mother died in the process of giving birth to her. The duke was determined to save his wife but his wife wanted to save Olivia so the duke could only listen.

She was treated awfully by some of the maids secretly when she was a baby. The maids were changed when she was three. After the duke's butler found out. Olivia became quiet, cautious, and not outspoken. What Olivia yearned for the most was her father's care, love, and attention. She wanted to get his acknowledgement, she could never understand why her father detested her. Olivia tried to excel in her studies to gain her father's affection; on the contrary, the Duke ignored all her efforts.

It wasn't until Olivia was twelve years old that she learned that she had a half-sister. Her half-sister O'Leah was showered in love, care, and affection. It was all that she yearned for but what she couldn't obtain. This pushed Olivia to strive for excellence but no matter if she failed or excelled in her classes the Duke did not care. Her brothers had a cold attitude towards her so she didn't associate with them much. O'Leah was sunny and always smiling while Olivia was gloomy and always shy. They were constantly being compared with each other both inside and outside of lessons.

Contrary to what everyone thought of O'Leah she was scheming and selfish. She hated that Olivia was better than her. So she devised a plan to get Olivia out of the main mansion. She turned Olivia's maids against her, destroying what little impression the maids had on Olivia. When it reached a point where no one, no longer believed Olivia. O'Leah blamed things on Olivia inadvertently and Olivia couldn't say anything about it because she knew no one would listen.

This made her older brothers hate her for being so submissive that even maids could order around. They even thought that "it would have been better if Olivia wasn't my sister. She is such an embarrassment". When she was fifteen years old, the last shred of hope that her father would believe her was broken. Olivia was accused of poisoning O'Leah. It didn't take long for the capital to know about this incident. The duke was so furious that he lost his patience and he struck her across the face making her nose bleed.

The fear that washed over her and the dread that seeped into her bones made her tremble like a leaf. The sensation on her cheek was a sensation that she would remember for years to come. The similar icy blue eyes that looked at her with disgust, anger, and scorn that the duke had on his face woke her up from her fantasy. It's not that it's the first time she's seen her father look at her like this but she chose to ignore it thinking that his gaze will change over time. He detested her existence; she was unwanted.
