"SHIT, RU-RU... LET ME SEE YOUR ARM." Dina says to the injured girl who received a laceration on her outer forearm that dragged to her inner forearm. The ripped material from a spare shirt was soaked in red liquid when Rue untied it.

The cut happened on patrol when Rue smashed a window to get to the other side. When she jumped through, she felt glass piercing her skin. At first, it didn't bleed much, but as the seconds passed the gash began to leak.

Luckily, Dina was by her side as well as Japan and his nuzzles. Since Rue didn't want to visit the infirmary, Dina told her she'll take care of her instead.

"What about you?" Rue remembered an infected throwing its claws at Dina as she was trapped for a split second.

"Oh, don't worry about me. It's just a scratch." Dina took Rue's arm to inspect the severity of the cut before she grabbed her mini kit.

Rue hissed as Dina disinfects her wound, then the pain subsided. As Dina began to thread the needle, Rue peeled her eyes away and steadied her breathing.

"You know," Dina began stitching. "I've never met anyone as clumsy as you."

Rue screwed her eyes shut as she felt the needle and thread insert and exit through her flesh. "I'm not clumsy. Everything just seems to get in my way."

Dina laughed at Rue's statement as she continued suturing. Pulling and tugging the needle before knotting the end. Once she was done, Rue exhaled a deep breath she held in unknowingly as she examined her arm that was being bandaged by Dina.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Dina noticed Rue's sorrowful eyes once again.

"Ah," Rue cleared her throat, "it's nothing."

Dina finalized the bandage wrapping before putting a comforting hand on Rue's shoulder. "You sure? You've been mopey all day."

Rue smiled at Dina's weird voice she does when trying to comfort someone. "Yeah. I'm better off dealing with shit on my own anyway."

"Hm." Dina rose to her feet and sauntered toward her closet.

"What?"

"You remind me of my sister. She too was always secretive." The sound of hangers sliding against the closet rod played.

"Must've been nice having a sibling." Rue unrolled her shirt sleeve.

"It was. There was a time when she made me wear this dress that made me look like a tiny pilgrim." She laughs at the reminiscent. "I looked so dorky."

Rue chuckled in return. "I can imagine that," she jokes before Dina threw a shirt at her, aiming for her head, but Rue caught it which made Dina roll her eyes.
