"NO! I don't want to go there, especially to a place where I don't even know anyone!" I exclaimed to my best friend.

"Trish, come on. Please? You'll love it there, I assure you. I did this for you anyway. Please? For me?" Piper explained.

Why am I being dragged in all this?!

"Fine, fine. How many days?" I ask, obviously annoyed.

"Uh, not days, though." She awkwardly scratched her nape.

"WHAT?!"

"It's actually a stay. Like, you know, enjoy - "

"So you're saying that I'll be staying there, like a year or more?" I asked, calming myself.

"Uh, yes. Look, Trish, I'm sorry. As much as I really want to go with you, I can't. And besides, this is my advance birthday gift." she smiled shyly.

I won't win the argument anyways. So I just agreed instead and prepared the things I need to bring.

I'll be leaving tomorrow so I have to prepare immediately.

Dinner is ready when I went down, almost done packing. My parents are proud of me, finally exploring the world by myself.

I sat down and ate dinner together with my parents and my older brother, since this is the last time I'll be eating with them.

"Trish, be careful there. I know you don't feel how much I love you, but please, be safe." My older said, not even giving me a glance and just keeps on eating.

"Oh, what is that? Kindly repeat the part where you said I lo..." I teased him.

"Yes, Three. I do love you. You know I just don't express it." He explained.

"Yes, brother. I understand and I will be safe." I embraced him, his right arm facing me.

"Here, Three. Something you can use when you're in Seoul." My mom said, giving me a box.

I opened it and saw the gift. A scarf.

"Thanks mom."I smiled at her.

"And this came from me." My dad said, handing me a bigger box.

When I opened it, it was a jacket, the clothes that the actors/actresses wear in korean dramas where their faces are barely being seen, that kind of jacket.

I smiled warmly and thanked them for the gifts.

After eating the dinner, my mom offered that she will do the dishes since I am not yet done arranging my things.

While I was in my room, I saw my phone lit up, indicating there is a call.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, Three! I just wanna say that you take care of yourself there. I love you very much. By the way, you have to leave early for you to catch the plane. I'll be there as early as I can." Piper said on the other line.

"Thanks, Pipes. You take care too. Sure, just text me if you are on your way so I can put my things downstairs."

"Ok. See you tomorrow. Good night." Piper said, hanging up.

I placed my phone to my computer table as I continue to arrange my things.

------------

I woke earlier than my alarm. Excited? I guess so. I took my towel and immediately took a bath. Several minutes after, I went out and wore my long sleeve Hello Kitty, my skinny jeans and my sneakers. I combed my long, red, straight hair and took my important things in my mini body bag.

I took my duffel bag and my luggage downstairs and surprisingly, my parents are awake. My mom was preparing coffee, my dad was in the living room reading news paper, and my brother was in the sofa, listening to music.

"Good morning!" I greeted them with a big grin. I kissed my dad, patted my brother's back, and went to the kitchen to greet my mom.

"Good morning sweetie. Eat your breakfast. Piper will be here any minute." She said as she placed my coffee in the coaster.

"Thanks mom. Did you really woke up this early? It's just 5 in the morning." I said to her as I shoved some scrambled eggs in my mouth.

"I wanted to see you. I don't want to regret not seeing you for the last time." my mom explained.

"Mom, I'm going back. Maybe not just soon." I gave a reassuring smile.

As I was about to shove a mouthful of bacon and rice, I heard a knock on the door and it clicked open.

Yep. She's that comfortable with my family, not even bothering to wait for someone to open the door for her.

"Good morning!" she greeted everyone in the room.

My brother and my parents smiled at her.

"Time to go, Three." She told me while getting some bacon.

"Why don't you eat first before leaving?" my mom chuckled.

"No, it's ok. I ate at home. I just like the way you cook bacon." She stuffed another bacon to her mouth.

I cleaned my place where I ate and put my plate directly to the sink. I went to my room first and brushed my teeth.

I took a last glance to my room.

'I'm gonna miss this.' I thought to myself.

I headed downstairs and kissed my parents good bye, while my brother, for the first time, hugged me. He always treated me like I'm one of his 'bros' so sometimes I don't feel like a girl.

"Take care, pancakes." he whispered to me.

"I'm gonna miss your pancakes, big brother." I smiled at him, tears are forming in my eyes.

I held my tears as I waved good bye to them.

Piper helped me put my things in the back seat and she also waved goodbye to my family.

------------

Not long enough we already arrived in the airport. She lead me to the door where the airplane was parked.

"Wait, I was supposed to undergo some inspections, right?" I asked with a frown.

"Girl, you're riding in a luxury one. Not the normal ones." She smiled from ear to ear.

I think she's planning something evil.

The flight attendant welcomed me and my things were headed to the compartment.

"Goodbye Best! See you.... I guess soon!" She waved frantically and I went inside the airplane.

I took my seat near the window. This plane sure is private.

As I was about to doze off, I felt a pat in my shoulder.

I looked at my back seat and saw this guy, obviously a foreign.

"Uh, hi." I said to him.

He smiled as his eyes were full of confusion.

As I realize that the airplane was only filled with 7 persons. 5 were boys, and the two were me and the flight attendant.

I looked at the window and saw that we are now above the skies.

"Who - who are you?" I looked back at him and asked with a plain tone, not showing that little by little I'm panicking inside.

"I was, uh, about to ask the same thing." The guy at the back, who patted me, said, with a slight smile hinted on his face.

"Well, I am heading to Seoul for a stay." I answered.

"You don't know us?" The guy with a caramel like hair color said.

"Should I know?" I asked plainly.

"You're not a fan?" The guy with an energetic aura filling the room. I just shrug. "She's not a fan!" he shouted suddenly.

Good luck to me whoever these guys are.
