TWENTY - FIVE

"Rise and shine kids!" I heard Yixuan said and was clanging something, walking in the hallway.

I stood up and saw Yibo was still sleeping comfortably in the bed. Good thing he didn't locked me in his embrace. And surprisingly, his back was facing me.

I went out and saw Yixuan, holding a pan that he use for cooking and a tong.

"Nice gong mother." I teased. Obviously in a good mood for a person who is NOT a morning person.

"Funny." He just looked at me. "Go wake the others. We need to be there early."

Yixuan went back to the kitchen and I heard that he was preparing the table. I went to the third door where Sungjoo and Wenhan was sleeping.

I woke Sungjoo first and after three to five calls, he stood up.

We woke Wenhan up. Not even a slightest move signals that Wenhan is awake.

"Aish! Wenhan! Wenhan! Wenhan! Wenhan!" Sungjoo said repeatedly, shaking the bed.

"You might wake him up!" I said in a whisper.

Sungjoo looked at me with an annoyed face. "Isn't that what were doing?"

"Oh, right." I said and shake the bed as well.

Finally, after our effort was drained from shaking the floor, Wenhan woke up.

We woke Seongyoun and Yibo and after an hour and a half, note the sarcasm, they both woke up and we are now ready to eat.

After eating, since Yixuan said that I am going with them, I took a bath first.

After an hour, we were done and went down to ride the van and head towards the company.

"WHAT?" I said, eyes wide open. "I mean, are you sure?"

"Yes. And besides, people would love to meet you formally. Especially the fans." Manager hyung said.

Oh right. He's Piper's brother. Sheesh. What is she planning now?

Manager hyung wanted me to formally let myself be known as the 'girlfriend' and act as a 'mother' to UNIQ.

Really? Mother and girlfriend? Isn't it kind of awkward calling your mother your girlfriend? Ok. Nevermind.

I agreed and UNIQ was happily welcoming me. Manager hyung said that UNIQ should make a video, and in that video, they will welcome me and let me be known to the world.

What will happen to me? What if their fans would hate me and wait for me and kill me? Obviously, I am really nervous. But since I grew up with a smile always in my face, I push those thoughts away.

UNIQ started their video. They started first by introducing the group's name and then themselves. They said some 'thank you's' and some jokes that they've been saying in the condo unit that up to know I still find it funny.

And finally, Sungjoo introduced me.

Sungjoo: "Let us now go to the main point of this video."

Seongyoun: "That's right! And this person stands to be a great person that I've known."

Wenhan: "You may have seen her already in the news that she's with us."

Yibo: "Please gladly accept her in your hearts and place her together with us."

Yixuan: "We now welcome you, Tricia!"

Omo! Is that my cue? What will I say? Aish! Just act normal!
