Falling In Love(UNIQ Story)

TWENTY - SEVEN

We went back to the condo, my cheeks were still burning red.

The boys were just following, still giggling at how I reacted, while Yixuan was just walking beside me.

Yixuan pressed the up button of the elevator. We waited for a while and then the door opened.

I was about to step in when Yixuan hold my arm and said, "Children first."

I stiffened at his touch.

The boys looked at me and smirked.

Aish.

We arrived in our room and made our separate ways.

I went to my room to change and the others, I don't know.

I tried to look for work, but ended up being lazy and just lie down.

After an hour of just lying down and doing nothing, I planned on going out and have some 'me' time since I forgot to do that since I came here in Seoul.

The boys insisted that they'll go with me, but I stand my ground and said that I'll be going alone and I'll be fine.

I went to some shopping malls, well you know, typical tourist to be roaming around, not having a specific itinerary.

I ordered some frappé in one of the coffee shops I saw.

I sat near the window and as I was drinking, I saw Jr walking across the street, going to the coffee shop where I was.

I was just looking at him and when he got in, he saw me and smiled.

"Oh! Hi there! Where are your friends?" He ask and stood in front of me.

"You can sit. They're in the condo." I smiled.

We talked for a while and he said that he'll buy his drink first. After he ordered, he went back to where I was, holding his frappé. He invited me to walk around for a while.

After he took me for a short tour. it was already getting dark and we said our good bye.

I was crossing the street when all I heard was someone screaming my name.

Sungjoo's P.O.V.

"I told you I'll follow her." I said to Yixuan, walking back and forth. She's not answering her effing phone! And it's already dark!

"She wanted to be alone. Let her be." Yixuan said calmly.

How can all of them be calm when she's not even around at this hour?!

I tried calling her again, this time she answered.

"Where are you?! Do you know we've been waiting - "

"She's in the hospital." I heard in the other line.

"Who are you? What did you do to her?!" I said, almost screaming.

Yixuan took my phone in my ears and he handled the talking. Yibo and Seongyoun was asking what happened while Wenhan was listening to Yixuan.

He gave my phone back and went to the coat rack and took his coat. He grabbed my car keys and threw them to me.

"Drive safely if you want to see her." Yixuan said calmy. I know he's worried, but as the eldest in the four of us, he stood brave.

Yixuan told me what hospital Tricia was and drove there as fast as I could, but of course I have my own measure of 'safety'.

We arrived there not longer than 20 minutes since I was really driving like a mad man.

We said to the nurse her name, and directed us towards her room. We went inside quietly and saw a guy was sitting next to her, his head bowed down.

My anger raged off and I quickly took his collar and was about to punch him as many as I can, but they held me back.

"What have you done to her?" I said to Jr, grinding my teeth in anger.

"I - I have done nothing to her. She - she was just crossing and - and she didn't saw the truck coming. I swear I didn't do anything." Jr said, almost tearing up.

I let go of Jr and looked at him one last time before going near to Trish.

We stayed there until visiting hours are done. We went back to the condo, me and the boys are all pale. Like our lives drained together with Tricia.

We didn't eat dinner, we just went straight to our rooms.

We planned on visiting her early in the morning. Hopefully she will wake up and get out of the hospital when she's fully recovered.
