Kabir passed him a glass of water atharva sprinkle some water but nothing happened the boy laid there unresponsive atharva

Atharva carried him and took him towards the car and laid him on the back sit taking his head on his lap try to wake him up

Kabir hit the gas and zoomed off breaking signal and traffic rules but for the time being he was careless for that

Atharva was worried about him the boy was laughing and enjoying a few moments back what happened to him suddenly

They reached the hospital and the doctor sifted him in a ward checking him inside atharva having a hard time seeing his brother in that state

Every minute feels like a year to him he was getting restless he was passing outside the ward waiting for the doctor to come out and say something

Kabir sees his friend and asks him atharva ese restless hoke ghumne se kuchh nahi hoga doctor check kar rahe haina we will get to know what happened with the boy

Atharva - but he was looking normal has raha tha kitna khush tha fir achanak esa kese ho gaya

Atharva - i should have known this more than teen din se sath hai vo mere muje usase puchhna chahiye tha agar puchha hota pata lagaya hota to esa nahi hota

Kabir - sirf teen din hi hua hai aur halat bhi kharab the kitna kuchh hogaya achanak se it's tough for you to handle everything and you did your best But sometimes things are not in our control

Just then Atharva got a call from his PA he told atharva about some letter which was received in the office this morning

He asks him should he pass him at home or place it in his cabin

Atharva sigh he completely forgot about that latter his dadi told him she had written everything in that he ask his Pa to pass that latter to the hospital

Just then doctor come out atharva approach him and ask him what happened to laksh

Atharva - doctor how's my brother what happened him suddenly wo thik haina

Doctor - his sugar level have spike may be boy has consumed high sugar or high glutten food apko unke khane pine ka khaas khayal rakhna chahiye he is too young to this much high sugar lavel.

It can damage the vessels that supply blood to vital organs, which can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke, kidney disease, vision problems, and nerve problems.

The boy is too young to suffer such disease

Atharva 's eyes widened in shock

Doctor - i am not saying it to scared you but boy is having above 380 suger lavel i suggest you to look after his diet and medicine for time being i have put him on drip but make sure it will not repeat again

You can take his diet chart from dietician make sure he follow it.

Atharva was standing there shocked with the revelation little did he know there a lot thing he didn't know yet about his own brother
