Rengoku collapsed and Akaza got away Tanjiro threw his sword piecing through Akaza's body. "You coward!" Tanjiro yelled. Veins popped up onto Akaza's face from those words. Once he removed the sword from his body he smashed the sword with his fists. Rengoku bled onto the grass as the boys cried. "Set your heart ablaze" he spoke weakly, his most memorable words of all he had spoken in his final moments. Rengoku saw his mother as he smiled till his last breath.

His soul had left his body. He was in darkness there was a bright light on one side the other were flames. He walked towards the flames unknowing of what those flames represent. His mother saw what was happening "Kyojuro don't! Don't go that way! Turn back or you'll regret it!" Mother yelled, but Rengoku couldn't hear a word she said since the flames were so loud and he was too mesmerized walking in them. He had his usual smile and his bird-like fire colored eyes looking ahead. He kept walking there was a burning train with "mugen" written on the front once he walked far enough away his face remained the same unfazed. Mother screamed "Don't!!" as Rengoku opened a car door. He went inside the door closed on its own as he sat down in a seat. There were no flames inside. Railroad tracks suddenly materialized set on fire. The train jolted then started moving on its own. He began eating a lunch box, he let out a "tasty" at his first bite as the train moved through the fiery pits and rail tracks materializing at the same time.

"Tasty" could be heard loudly and repeatedly as the train departed. A burning train worker came to stamp the tickets. Rengoku pulled out the ticket from his pocket the worker stamped it. He soon fell asleep in his seat after he finished at least 10 lunch boxes.

Rengoku opened his eyes. The fiery pits were gone instead there were trees and grass outside the window passing by.

He's not even alive,

He's just a spirit wandering around the railroad tracks...

Endlessly wandering forever...

Suppose that's why it's called the infinity train.

This part was shorter than how long I usually write which is around 1,000 or more words. This part is around 300 words excluding the author's note. I decided to write this since I couldn't find a fanfiction of Rengoku's ghost haunting railroads though I only spent like 20 minutes searching since I knew it was unlikely someone else had the same idea.
