- Kakyoin POV -

Wow, I didn't expect for Jotaro to actually come over to my house. Does this mean we are friends? My face flushed. He should be here any minute, since we live only a few blocks away from each other. I didn't know why I was so nervous; he is just a friend. I think? I mean he's really handsome and cool-

My thoughts were cut off by a knock at the door. Jotaro must be here. I felt my face grow warm. I walked to the door, ignoring the flustering feeling. "Hey Jotaro!" I said smiling excitedly. "Hey." Jotaro said, making a small smile. We walked into the living room, but I just stood there. I didn't know what to do, since I never had friends before.

We stared at each other for what felt like an eternity. We were both deep in thought. I broke the silence, "So, what do you want to do?" He stood there for a moment, squinting. "Why don't we paint?" I winced in surprise. He remembered? "I'd love to!" I said joyfully, revealing a toothy grin. I noticed him cover his face with his hat. I wonder why he does that.

We walked up the stairs into my room, where I had all my art supplies. He sat down on my futon, watching what I was doing. I pulled out a canvas, paint brushes, a paint palate, and some paints. I didn't know what to paint, so I just decided to paint Jotaro.

I whipped up my paintbrush and immediately started to paint curved dashes and lines. I sat there, trying to get everything perfect. I didn't know why, but I was very eager to get this painting to look very good. Maybe I'll show Jotaro when I'm done. Jotaro sat there, admiring my painting skills. His long black gakuran, his ripped cap, his light green shirt and colorful belts. I made sure to get every detail perfect. Time skipped by, and I was almost done. I noticed that Jotaro had started looking down. Was he -- asleep?

He looked very tranquil when he was asleep. I didn't know if I should wake him or not. I tapped on his shoulder. "Jotaro?" I said softly. "Mmfh?" He yawned. "I'm almost done with the picture." I twinkled. He blushed awkwardly and turned away. "Sorry." He grumbled. I just smiled. "It's ok Jotaro." Jotaro smiled back softly. "You should smile more, it suits you." I said giggling. Blushing violently, pulling his cap down. Ah, so that's why he pulls his brim down.

"Look Jotaro!" I said holding up the finished masterpiece. He stared in awe. "Wow Kakyoin. Its -- amazing." He said sincerely. My face powdered red. "Thanks!" I said twirling my bang in embarrassment. He smiled again. Maybe, this won't be so bad after all.
