- Jotaro POV -

I genuinely had a lot of fun at Kakyoins place. His painting was spectacular, absolutely impeccable. I'm glad he let me keep it, I'll hang it up in my room. My heart fluttered. Why do I keep doing that?  I reached my house. I entered and took off my shoes.  "Oh! Honey your back!!" I heard my mom call out from the kitchen. "Your just in time for dinner sweetheart!" She said excitedly. I smiled. I love my mom's cooking. 

I sat down, ready to enjoy my mom's food. "So, you made a friend?" She said sitting down with me. "Yeah." I whispered tilting my hat down. "Aw! Nothing to be shy about Jotaro! I'm your mom, you can tell me anything." I hesitate, not sure if I should tell her about him. 

"My new friends name is Kakyoin. I met him today, he's a transfer student. Hes really nice and loves to paint." I look at the painting he painted of me. My mom glances at it, then smiles. "Aww that's so sweet honey!" She says happily. "Shut the fuck up." I say without malice, covering my face with my cap. We start eating.

"So, what do you think about this guy?" She asks randomly. I flinched, startled. I keep my hat covering my face because I knew I was going to blush. What did I think about him? I couldn't find the words. "Hes sweet. And he isn't annoying." I tried not to make eye contact. 

"Ooo! He sounds like a nice boy! You should invite him to dinner tomorrow, since its almost the weekend!" She suggested. Shes right, it would be nice to have him over as well. "Sure." I say looking away. She squealed and we continued to eat.

How am I going to ask him over? Wouldn't it be kind of weird? No, friends eat with each other all the time, right? I clean my dishes, and head to my room. Damn my house is gigantic. It takes forever to get from one side to the other. I finally made it to my room, took off my jacket and immediately plopped down on my bed. I sighed. I let myself slowly drift off to sleep.
