"Hottie, come on!" I whined. He chuckled.
"No." He poked my nose. I pouted. "I hope you remember tonight." He said, his tone changing. It was gentler. "Tonight was good." He gently brushed my hair out of my face as I closed my eyes against his chest. "Good night firecracker." I hummed a response as I dozed off into dreams.

"Come on firecracker, you gonna be a good girl for me?" He said, pulling his shirt off. I nodded silently as he kissed my neck, growling playfully. His pants were the next thing to come off, then his boxers. I moaned as he slipped inside me, rocking into me. "Oh my god you feel incredible." I moaned as he continued his work on my neck, picking up his pace.

But right as we were both about to reach our climaxes, I woke up. I felt hot, blushing madly. His arm was around my body, and we were facing each other. "Don't let me stop you." He whispered lowly and I gasped. "You dreaming about me now?" I shook my head. "Firecracker, I don't like liars." He said, opening his eyes. "You sound pretty when you moan." I blushed madly. "But next time you moan, it'll be real. Not just a dream." He kissed the tip of my nose. My heart was racing, and I didn't know how I was going to recover. "I need to get to work, but I can't wait to see you later." He got up and walked out after he changed. I let out a shakey breath, rubbing my thighs together a little. The friction felt nice, and I welcomed it, moving my hand down. Once I was sated, I finally got myself out of his bed, and changed. The day was long, but seven hours later he walked in. I didn't dare look up from my tv, afraid. His hands gently rubbed my shoulders, somehow making me more tense. "Hey."
"H-hi."
"Relax, firecracker." He chided. He let go, walking around to sit next to me. "You are so tense." I nodded. As his hand pulled me in for a kiss, my mind raced. "Baby? Can I kiss you?" I looked at him, inches away from his face. I nodded and as his lips connected to mine, I whimpered. I suddenly climbed into his lap, shocking us both. "You sure you want this? I can wait." He asked and I blushed. No one had ever asked me that. I nodded silently. "I want to to hear it." It took me a moment to form the words.
"I-I want this." I said and his mouth gently landed on my neck as he picked me up and carried me into his bedroom. He set me down on the bed, before taking his shirt and jeans off. It seemed slower than normal, my body trying to take over what it needs. I ached, and I needed someone or something to touch me.
"Baby, easy." He whispered. I looked up at him, and he crawled up my body. "Are you that pent up, baby?" I nodded, and he kissed me, his hand gently pulling my shirt up. My breath hitched, as his hand gripped my waist. "So eager." He whispered in my ear, nipping and tugging. "So willing." His teeth grazed my neck and I shivered. He pulled my shirt over my head, quickly unhooking my bra. "I guess I'll have to give you what you want." He whispered in my ear, sending a shiver down my spine. "My little firecracker."
"Please." I whimpered and he growled.
"Don't beg for it. I'm already about to lose my mind." He said lowly, pulling my shorts down as he kissed my stomach. I was on fire, and his touch felt so good. He played with the hem of my panties, before nestling himself between my legs. I looked up at him, whimpering as he tugged on my panties. "So beautiful." I blushed softly. He gently pulled them off, my whimpers getting louder. His hands gently rubbed my legs, smiling as he moved to kiss my stomach. I felt a growing pit of want and need as he kissed lower, and lower, before hitting his mark. I gasped as his tongue flicked and curled in motions I didn't even know existed. I felt my fingers curl into his hair, moaning as I pressed into his mouth. As I hit my orgasm, I shivered, moaning loudly.
"Oh my god..." I moaned out and he pulled away, kissing up my body, looking me in the eye as he looked down at me. His hand rested against my cheek as I caught my breath.
"I need to feel you." He whispered. I nodded and he leaned forward, grabbing a condom. His boxers fell, and he slipped it on, before pressing against me. I whimpered, biting my lip. "I'll be gentle." I nodded, shakily. "You sure you're ready for this?" I nodded again.
"Please." I said softly and he kissed me.
"What did I tell you about begging?" He growled, leaning in to kiss me as he pushed inside. I moaned at the familiar yet foreign feeling, my hand tucked into his hair. "You feel incredible." I whimpered. I felt so full and it felt amazing. My eyes fluttered closed, biting my lip as I moaned. "Baby, open your eyes." As I looked at him, he picked up the pace a little. It was still teasingly slow.
"Please..." I said, kissing him. He bit my lip as he pulled me closer, a gasp leaving my lips as he went all the way inside me. His tongue slipped in, tangling with my own as he moaned. When we were finally sated, he collapsed beside me, cuddling into me.
"Now, firecracker... is that, what you dreamed of?" I found myself nodding quietly, and he kissed my cheek. "Me too." He said softly as he pulled me into his arms. "Me too, baby." As he drifted off to sleep, I wondered to myself. Did he care just for the sex? Or did he actually care about me? I drifted off in his arms that night, my thoughts transitioning to my dreams. When I woke up, he was gone. I frowned, but I forced myself to get out of bed. As I walked out of the room, a familiar smell drifted under my nose. Pancakes? I walked out to the kitchen, catching him trying to flip a pancake. It landed on the floor. I giggled and he looked over.
"Do you need some help?" He shook his head, smiling as he turned back to his food attempt.
"I don't make these often."
"I see that. Ya know, the batter cooks better on the pan." I pointed down and giggled as he glared at the floor-cake. "I think that's why they call them pancakes."
"Oh is that so?" He smirked and I nodded, giggling again. "Well for your own information, I don't care." I laughed as he flipped one, actually succeeding this time. "Ha!" He yelled victoriously. There was a knock on the door and I went to answer it, surprised to see Tyler standing on the front step. He smiled at me, but I could tell something was wrong.
"What happened?" He shook his head.
"Is he here?"
"Yeah, come on in." He stepped inside, smiling at Jacob. "Jacob?" He turned to Tyler, and his smile fell.
"When?"
3 this morning." Jacob's response made my heart sink.
"She isn't suffering anymore. She gave a good fight." Tyler nodded as Jacob pulled him into a hug. "Come on, pancakes?" Tyler nodded. I took over pancakes, getting to work.
"Thank you brother."
"No problem."
"Who wants chocolate chip? Or blueberry?"
"Chocolate." Tyler said. I nodded.
"Plain thanks. Tyler, let's go watch a tv show."
"You don't watch tv."
"Well I do now." Jacob said, smiling softly at me. I blushed and got to work on the food. Pretty soon, I had three stacks of pancakes and set them on the table. They both came over, and sat down. We got our pancakes, eating in silence. I finally broke it.
"Tyler? Can I ask?" He looked at me, a sullen look on his face.
"My little sister. She was diagnosed with a very rare, very aggressive form of leukemia, three years ago. She would have been 19 next month." I nodded, sitting in silence for a moment to gather my thoughts.
"My mom would be 52 last month." He looked at me. "Lung cancer. She fought for ten years, and then it spread to her stomach, and her heart." A tear fell, and I sighed. "It's hard to watch someone that you care about, die in front of you." He nodded and I got up and gave him a hug. "But I take solace in the years I had with her." I sat back down, digging into my pancakes. He smiled softly, finishing his food. Once we were finished, we watched some tv.
"Harper?" I looked at Tyler. "Thanks. I wasn't really thinking of it that way."
"Of course." I smiled.
"Would you guys come with me to visit my parents? I don't know if I can face them alone." I nodded.
"For sure bro." Jacob said.
"We're both off for a couple days." Soon we were loading into Jacobs car. I wasn't really sure where we were going.
"Did you grab a bag?"
"Do I need to?"
"It's an overnight trip." I nodded and quickly packed myself a bag, tossing it in the car. Soon we were on the way.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"Our hometown. It's a four hour drive." I nodded and cozied up for the ride. We got into town about noon, pulling into a driveway about ten minutes after. Tyler knocked on the door and an older couple answered, tears in their eyes.
"Mom, Dad." Tyler said and they all hugged.
"Oh honey." His mom said. She smiled at Jacob. "I'm so happy to see you Jakey."
"Thanks, mom." He said and they all hugged. "This is my girlfriend Harper." They looked at me, their eyes so wide I thought they'd pop out of their heads. I smiled nervously.
"It's lovely to meet you Harper." I nodded.
"You too ma'am." She smiled and invited us in. While we were talking, there was a knock at the door. She went to go answer it, and quickly returned with an older couple.
"Jakey, look who's here!" He turned and smiled.
"Hey mom, dad. What are you doing here?"
"We heard about Sarah." He nodded. "Tyler, you doing okay?" He nodded gently. "Who's this? Tyler you didn't tell us about a new girlfriend."
"Actually..." Jacob said and I stood up, smiling at them. "She's my girlfriend." They both looked at each other.
"Jacob are you being serious with me?" His mom asked and he nodded. I took his hand. "I never thought you'd settle down. What's your name?"
"Harper, ma'am."
"Call me mom or Brenda."
"Okay, Brenda." I said softly and she pulled me into a hug.
"You have no idea how special you are to me, Harper." She said in my ear, and walked over to Tyler. I smiled at Jacob, who looked like he was having a stroke.
"Jacob, you good?" He looked at me.
"I wasn't expecting you to have to meet them, I'm sorry." I shook my head and hugged him.
"It's okay. You won't enjoy meeting my dad."
"Huh?" I pecked his cheek and he chuckled. "That was a joke, right?"
"He's an marine. He dated my mother throughout middle and high school and they were married at 19. She is the only woman he's ever loved." I said. "You are a player." He blushed.
"That wasn't a joke." I shook my head.
"Where do you think I get my fire?" He looked at me, and I smiled.
"I'm dead." I laughed, nodding. "Are you a murderer?"
"Are you into the murderer type?" He looked at me.
"If you're a murderer then yes." I giggled and he kissed me. My stomach fluttered, and as he broke away, I leaned against his chest.
"You two are adorable." His dad said, smiling. "I'm Dan. Or you can call me dad." I nodded and we all sat around the living room, chatting. That night, Jacob's parents invited us over to stay the night. I said yes, curious about his childhood. When we got there, he hesitated to get out of the car, before hopping out and walking me up the steps.
"We haven't touched your room." She said and he nodded. He led me back to his room to put our bags down. As we walked inside, I saw trophies and ribbons, everywhere.
"Woah." I said and he chuckled nervously. I looked through them, smiling as I read. "Which one is your favorite?" He showed me one of the smaller ones.
"Tyler convinced the coach to put me in. I was smaller than everyone else at the time. But it worked. I got the winning goal and from that moment, I vowed to not be the smallest one on the team." He said with a smile. I kissed him, and he groaned, picking me up and leaning me into the wall. "You are the only girl for me." I blushed.
"The door is open." He laid me on the bed.
"Cuddle?" I smiled and nodded, let him cuddle up. I quickly feel asleep in his arms.

She fell asleep quickly, and as I was playing with her hair, mom peeked in. I looked up, smiling softly. "Hey mom."
"You love her." She said softly. I gave her a look. "That is the look of love. Even if you don't realize it yet, you do." I ignored her.
"Okay mom. What's up?"
"I was going to ask if you wanted dinner?"
"I'm good. I'll stay with her." I said, and she smiled, shutting the door as she walked out. I dozed off, and the next morning I woke up to see her slipping into a dress. She was struggling with the zipper.
"Ugh! Come on!" She groaned, giving up and plopping on the bed.
"Here." She jumped, but relaxed quickly.
"You scared the shit out of me."
"Sorry." I zipped it up for her.
"Thank you." She slipped on some flats, turning to me. "Do I look okay?"
"Like a firecracker." She smiled. "Let me look at you." She blushed as I looked at her. The dress fell just below her knees, and the muted red tone worked so well against her skin. The floral pattern made sure it wasn't too sexy for being around my parents, but I personally wouldn't have cared if she was wearing lingerie. Her blonde hair fell down to her shoulders, freshly curled. She looked like an angel. I got up and kissed her forehead, before getting dressed in shorts and a t shirt. I slipped on my running shoes.
"Wait, are you going somewhere?"
"My dad has a few weight racks in the garage. I'm going to go workout real quick."
"Oh." She was disappointed.
"You can come watch."
"I don't know if I feel comfortable with being alone with your parents just yet. They're great people. It's just new people." I nodded.
"I'll be super quick. Half an hour. You can stay in here if you wish." She nodded. "Okay. Be back." I set a timer and when it went off, I went back to the bedroom and showered in my en-suite bathroom. Once in a fresh tee and jeans, we walked out and my parents smiled at us.
"Harper you look lovely!" Mom said and Harper smiled a quick thanks. My dad turned on the tv, sitting in his recliner.
"Is that Kojack?" Harper asked and he nodded.
"You know it?"
"It was one of my mom's favorites." She said softly.
"Come join me. I could never get Jake to join me." She looked at me and I kissed her temple. She walked over nervously, sitting down on the couch. I walked into the kitchen and helped mom with breakfast.
"Honey, how much have you been cooking?" Mom asked me, noticing I was having issues with flipping my eggs.
"Um, not much." She slapped my arm. "Ow!"
"You mean to tell me you make Harper do it all?!"
"No! She kicks me out!" I said and Harper giggled. "Defend me please!"
"It's true. Oh this is my favorite part of this episode!" She said, smiling. I found myself watching her more than once that morning. I don't know if my mother was right, but I was certainly infatuated with her.
"Jacob." I looked at my mother. "You're staring." I blushed, smiling softly.
"Sorry." Tyler walked in, smiling at me. "Hey bro. Some of the guys want to hang out while we're in town. My mother also wanted me to tell you, Brenda, that the funeral is in two days."
"Tyler, do you want to go?" Harper asked and he nodded.
"But you guys are driving so it's-"
"Tyler shut." She said. She pulled out her phone, putting it to her ear. "Hey Mr. Petroff, I need a couple of days off. Funeral. Thank you. It's in two days but it's out of town. Thank you. I will see you Monday." She hung up and I nodded, grabbing mine and starting my client calls. Twenty minutes later I was done, and he was in tears.
"I can't believe you'd do this for me."
"You're family." I said and she nodded. We all hugged. "So, the guys?" He nodded. "Okay. Harper, you want to come?"
"I guess. They aren't too bro-ish, are they?" I chuckled and she smiled. We walked out the door and met the guys at the park basketball court.
"Jake, Tyler! Oh my god!" Cole said and we all bro hugged. I noticed Harper sit down on the bleachers while we were hugging it out. And then I noticed Jamal walk over to her. This is gonna be interesting to see.
"Hey girl, what's your name? Love to get to know ya." He said, brushing his hand through his dreads. She walked over to me, making me smile. When she got to me, I slinked my arm around her waist, kissing her forehead. I gave him a look and they all looked at us like we'd grown two heads each.
"Harper." She said, with the sweetest little smile on her face. It took a minute for any of them to get a response out. But when they did it was hilarious.
"Wait, you mean to tell us you settled down?" Leon said and I laughed, nodding.
"Since when?" Zach asked.
"Well officially two days but I've been trying to ask her out for about a week." The four of them cheered and slapped me on the back.
"So, three on three?" I asked and they all nodded. She went to the bleachers, sitting down and watching as the chaos started. Half an hour later, the game ended and I looked over to see Harper petting a golden retriever. "Who's dog?" She shrugged.
"She ran up to me, no collar. Won't leave me alone so I guess she's claiming me. Let's take her to the pound, make sure she isn't chipped." I nodded.
"Sounds good. Tyler, you can walk home right?"
"Yeah."
"Okay, we'll talk at home." The dog was wary of the car at first, but Harper sat in the back with her.
