"Can you please stop touching me Mariah? Move." He pushed her hand away from the bottom of his pants leg, leaving his other hand on the XBOX controller that he was holding.

"No, you stop touching me. I'm trying to help your stubborn ass." She went back near his ankle with her needle and thread, still sitting on the floor in front of him.

He huffed loud enough to where she could hear, then put his eyes back on her large flat screen TV. It was the biggest TV he'd ever seen. He didn't even know they came in sizes this large.

Sage was currently over her house, which he had been tricked to come to in the first place. She came to his front door this morning and asked if he wanted some breakfast, and who was he to decline the offer of food? Home cooked food at that.

When he got there, she hadn't even made it yet. She just wanted him over for company and childishly blocked the door when he tried to leave. Then she showed him the gaming system in her living room, resulting in his decision of staying until the food was ready.

They had already ate by now, but Sage was infatuated with GTA 5, so he hadn't left yet. She hadn't asked him to either. If it was up to her, he knew she would probably kidnap him. She was already insane to him, so she seemed like the type.

Now Mariah was on the floor, tailoring his jeans for him after he'd complimented the stacked skinny jeans she was wearing. Against his will, she was making him some just like hers-except she was doing it to the pants that he was already wearing instead of telling him to go grab another pair.

She was so annoying.

"You're so annoying." He quietly said without looking away from the TV, deciding to let her continue with her foolishness.

"Sage I told you to stop telling me that." She stuck her needle in her mouth, measuring some extra jeans of hers that she'd cut to stack on the ankle part of his.

"Well it's true." He shrugged, and she amusingly rolled her eyes, going back to what she was doing.

She had a nice apartment. Sage could tell that she had lived here for a minute because there was so much decor. He hated it and the way it made his eyes hurt. It fit her perfectly though; not too much, just luxury through simplicity.

He thought he would get physically uncomfortable with being over here for so long, but he hadn't yet. He was proud of himself. Mariah kept checking to make sure he was okay too, even without knowing his history. She was nice.

"Nevermind. They not coming out how I want them to." She had a small frown on her face as she put her needle down, and Sage frowned too because she had just messed up his pants for no reason.

"I hate you." He mumbled, shaking his head once she laughed at him. She seemed like such a happy person. If she wasn't mindlessly talking his ear off, she was laughing. Her energy was very welcoming. That's probably why he hadn't felt the need to leave yet.
