"And you suck."
"Instead you should suck something, maybe that would be better than staring in each other's eyes."
"Well, you can't even sit still for more than a minute, Idiot."
"At least I'm trying to win."
"Well, you can't— HA! YOU LOOKED AWAY, HAN JISUNG!"
You jump up and point at Jisung, your eyes showing excitement. You jump up and down excitedly and laugh.
"I won the staring contest!"
Jisung rolls his eyes, but smiles since he's happy that you're this excited about the little game the two of you were playing in your shared dorm room.
You and him have been roommates for quite some time. It was a mistake from the university. They thought that Jisung was a girl at first, so they put you and him together in a dorm, and since there was no room in the guys' dorms anymore, they had to let you two live together. The following years, the university forgot about the incident and just accepted enough boys and girls so the other dorms were full too, meaning you and Jisung were roommates yet again.
You have been sharing a room for all the three years of university, so it's been quite a while. You and Jisung became really good friends over these years, despite not liking each other in the beginning. It was hard living with a guy in a dorm, but it now seems so easy all of the sudden. Jisung always pissed you off, and well... Meanwhile, he was just hopelessly in love with you, but never said it and acted like he thought you were annoying, too.
But now you two are the closest friends and enjoy your time at university together, as roommates and best friends. You always play games together, cook together, and do challenges to make life at university entertaining. Sometimes you just have to get distracted from university work and have some fun.
Jisung chuckles when he sees you so excited, his eyes twinkling because of how cute you are. Whenever you're excited, his heart feels warm. He loves seeing you happy.
"Why don't you give me a second chance," Jisung mumbles, looking at you.
You stop moving excitingly and title your head as you look at him. "Alright, I guess. But you know that you'll lose, right?"
"But what if I win?"
You shrug. "No idea. I doubt you'll win, but if you win... you can dare me to do anything, to make it fun and since I just know I won't lose. But if I win, you have to buy something for me."
