Chapter 4: The Castle and >another< old friend

We arrived at my ruins at approximately 6 30 pm with the sun starting to set, I went into my room and applied my special yet rare magic healing paste to my hand, it would be fixed by next morning. I than went to the river and cleaned myself and caught a few fish and brought them back to the main area, Gigant was there along with the carcass of the Indom, we said nothing to each other and ate the carcass and the fish, finally when we were full, we went to the haybail and laid down. That's when Gigant asked "Care to tell me what happened today?" And so I told him, about the indom, the skull crawler and my friend the Allo. After explaining Gigant said "that poor allo, he didn't deserve that end". I than asked him, what about you, where have you been for the last 3 years?" He replied "I was sent on a mission by Lord Spyro, to the Lost Isles." I gasped, the lost isles were home to the most dangerous of creatures, banished by Lord Spyro, including the Skull Crawlers. I asked "Why?" And to this he replied "He wanted me to scout out what was happening there, and he said to especially check up on the skull cralwers". I said "And..?" Than he gave me a shocking reply "There were no Crawlers, well except for one, I tortured him and he told me what had happened, how the indoms had invited them to the Island. How they had climbed out. That's why I'm here, to deliver the report, but I decided to check up on my best friend before I went there. And luckily I showed up otherwise you would have been crawler meat." I stayed silent for a while, pondering on what he said. Outside I could hear the chirps of insects and the occasional roars of Yutyranuses [rex like creatures who hunted in the dark]. Finally I said "This morning, the indom told me that soon Lord Spyro would be the Lord of nothing, and thag skull crawler said that the kndom was her partner, what if they are preparing an invasion, what if they are building an army, maybe they want revenge?" Gigant grinned and said "Good to see your mind still works, even if your younger than me (at that I kicked him playfully), ooh, okay I'm sorry, I think you're right, but we will find out tomorrow when we go seek out Lord Spyro tomorrow". It took me a moment to realize what he was saying. "You mean I can finally come with you to meet him" I asked hopefully. He replied "Yeah sure, you have hard evidence and after what you went through today, beating a full grown indominus rex, you're ready." I was overjoyed, in the past I begged Gigant to take me but he refused saying I wasn't ready. Now finally I could come! Gigant said "Let's get some rest, we will leave for Lord Spyro's Castle tomorrow. And with the promise of a very amazing day tomorrow, I went to sleep.
I woke up the next morning at 7 am and saw that Gigant was talking to a messenger Gallimimus, he told the messenger "Tell our Lord that I have returned and have information that he requires and that I will visit today, also tell him that I will be bringing a visitor." The galli just nodded and left galloping at full speeds. I than went to the river and took a bath, than I ate from the remaining carcass of the indom, than at 8 am I met up with Gigant, who was waiting at the boundary of my territory. He asked "How's your left arm?" I replied "it's fixed, thanks to that magical cream." Gigant said "That's good, so will you be travelling in bipedal form or quadraped form?" To which I replied "Quadraped because that is good for travel, the biped form is good for combat." Gigant nodded and said "Well without further adoo, let's go!" And so we started our journey, along the way we saw a lot of dead dinosaurs and even saw a first fire which a couple of frost wyverns were trying to put out.
Eventually we reached Lord Spyro's Castle.
Now I have to clear something. Spyro's Castle is at the center of the Center (I know its confusing) and is made from TEK which is made from an element we call elemant (I know, more confusing) elemant is found deep in Abberation in liquid form in rivers where it is collected and condensed, its then mixed with metal and fibre and Chiten and keratin and obsidian and molten lava to form TEK which is like futuristic Metal [if you are confused than search it up on Google]. Anyways, at the center of the Center, there is a massive lake, which has no bottom, there is no ground beneath the water and if you fall than you will land in the lost isles, and apparently its magic so water doesn't leak from the bottom. There is a TEK bridge that connects the mainland to another huge island (25 percent of the lake) in the center of the lake, on that island there is a massive Mountain called Mount D9 which goes all the way to height limit, which is the place beyond there is no oxygen. At the base of the mountain is a huge cave entrance covered by a TEK gate which leads into Spyro's Palace which has several floors with everything made of TEK. And if you are wondering how I know this when I have never been here, its because Gigant told me.
Anyways we went to the entrance of the bridge, which was protected by 2 Alpha T-rexes. An Alpha is 1.5 times bigger than the original creature and 5 times more powerful. Anyways we went to them and Gigant asked them "May we enter?" The one on the right said "Either you have an invite ot we would have gotten a message, without any of those, we can't let you in, sorry" I replied "But we sent a messenger, unless he was killed". Gigant replied "You know who I am so please let us through, we won't cause any harm." But the alpha rexes refused to listen. I thought we would have to fight them when we heard a voice from behind
"Let them through, Spyro's orders." It was Hollowjack! My adoptive brother, I had not seen him since I was 15, also he was a Dodorex and a mini boss, like a rex but thrice as big with fur all over his body and having a beak and feathery small hands with one claw and having three fingers on each feet and having relatively average size tails, however Hollowjack was pure black in colour and is one of the last of his kind. The guards let us pass and I ran to my brother and said "Brother! How are you?" He replied "never better little bro, hey Gigant." "Hey Hollowjack, how are you". He replied " I an fine, come on inside, Spyro is waiting for us." And so we headed inside.
