Then the doctor left, leaving the two alone together once again.

"So.. Rui, you're getting surgery?"

"Yes! Yes! I am, and I'm so excited to finally hug you again."

"Of course! Ha Ha! I was worried about you, I thought they were going to kill you!"

"Of course not! :3"

"You're so fckin' cute!" Tsukasa cupped Rui's cheeks, they were so chubby! So chubby that tsukasa decided to kiss his cheek.

Rui blushed, feeling embarrassed by the sudden outburst of affection. He couldn't help but smile, though, knowing that Tsukasa thought he was cute. He shyly reciprocated the affection, pulling Tsukasa into a hug to show his appreciation for the sweet gesture. Rui felt his heart flutter as he closed his eyes and breathed in the scent of Tsuksa's hair, grateful to have someone who cared for him in such an unconditional way.
Rui couldn't help but giggle as he thought to himself, "Wow, Tsukasa sure knows how to make a guy feel special!"
Little did he know, Tsukasa felt the exact same way about him. For instance, Tsukasa's cheeks would flush and heart would race every time Rui cast his warm gaze upon him.

Tsukasa pulls away and reaches for his phone.

He checked the time 4:30pm

"Damn, the visiting hours are nearly finished. Atleast you're getting your surgery soon! I cant wait!!"

"Is tsukasa-kun excited to see me healthy again!? I feel flattered."

Tsukasa grabbed his stuff and turned the knob on the door,

"See you!" He says before walking out, leaving rui alone. Even though Tsukasa wasn't there, he still felt a warm feeling in his heart.

Finally!
He rejoiced in the thought of being able to spend quality time with his beloved Tsukasa, free from the burden of medication. Finally, he could enjoy life and his time with Tsukasa to the fullest.
For example, he could finally go on a picnic with Tsukasa in the park and watch the sunset together. As a result, he felt truly grateful to have Tsukasa in his life.

---Tsukasa's Home---

Arriving at his home, Tsukasa knocked on the door 6 times. His little sister opened the door, he didnt expect her, as she said she would be at band practice today.

"Hello Oni-chan!!" She cheered, she was happy to see her brother again, due to him overworking, she barely got to see him.

"Hey saki!" Suddenly, Saki pulled Tsukasa into a hug, "ive missed you soo sooooooo much!"

"Oh! Sorry about that, you know, I got busy with 'school work' but of course, since Im your lovely future star brother, Ive got all of that done. Plus, Ive got EXTRA good news for you!"

"OOOOO TELL MEEE."

"Rui is recovering!"

"Thats amazing! Hopefully he becomes better soon!"

"Anyways, Mum made food but you werent here to eat it, she also left a note for you on the counter, you should check it!"

Tsukasa walked into the home, going to check out the note. He found a post-it-note near the sink. Tsukasa read the beautiful handwriting and immediately felt sympathy.

"Tsukasa, dear, I'm sorry I couldnt help your friend, Its just that mommy at the moment has serious work with her business. And I hate seeing you sad, its the truth, but I hope you understand mommy cant always help you.
