Nights to Remember

That night was the 2nd best night of Sophie's life since it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship with Park Jimin. He took her back to the bar where he found her drowning her sorrows (although she never told him who over) and to her surprise he showed her a different kind of club in the back where a huge dance floor was filled with people and couples enjoying life!

After looking around in awe, Jimin led her to the back where small tables and seating areas lined the whole back wall and corner. Several guys and girls greeted Jimin with handshakes hugs or smiles since he seemed to be a well-know regular. A few glanced at Sophie with raised eyebrows and smiled at Jimin this being the first time he's brought a girl with him. Some of the girls' smiles at greeting him turned into frowns seeing him holding her hand. Sophie smiled at everyone but could feel the intensity of those girls' glares like she was encroaching on their property.

One of the girls who gave Sophie a jealous look wrapped her hands around Jimin's arm and pressing her chest to him said, "Hey Jimin baby! I'm glad you're finally here. I missed you and can't wait to get out on the dance floor and move with you!" Sophie could see Jimin's face harden and as he pulled her hands off of him he roughly told her, "Camille, how many times do I have to tell you that I'm not interested in joining your harem. What happened to that guy you've been with the last 3 times I've been here? Are you done with him so soon like all the others?"

At that Camille's face flushed bright red and trying to control her temper sweetly replied, "Aww, Jimin baby don't tell me you're jealous? You know you're the most special one in my eyes! Don't be mean and come dance with me. Since I'm the best dancer here, you know we dance so good together." Jimin laughed saying, "I know you're a very good dancer Camille. But Sophie here is one of the best I've seen and I can't wait to learn from her so if you'll excuse us." With that he pulled So with him to find a seat and when the next song started playing, he held his hand out to Sophie and asked her to dance like the gentleman he is.

That was the first of many nights they danced together. Not only was Jimin the best male dancer in their class, but he was also a topper like Sophie in business classes too. Both pushed each other to do their best competing throughout all their classes together causing the whole school to 'ship' them and start rumors of them dating. Even the dance teacher would pair them up as said she's never seen a more perfect pair.

When Kat was unexpectedly called back home before senior year, Sophie was glad she had Jimin as her best male friend along with Jessi another friend in both dance and business classes. Jessi's family was also well-known in S. Korea and friends of the Sungs as well as the Jeons. She also knew Jimin as the Parks were also up there in the Korean financing industry but Jimin asked her not to mention anything about his family to Sophie. Sophie also later explained to Jessi that she didn't like anyone to know of her relation to the 2nd top company in Korea as she wanted to make a name for herself on her own. Jessi admired Sophie's philosophy and really liked her sweet and humble nature.

During their senior year they were grouped together for several projects. One of these projects was a marketing project that they excelled at and from the winnings they continued to grow this business by diversifying and adding a few others. Since So invested the majority of funds which she got from her inheritance from her maternal grandparents, she was named the CEO or president. Jimin also invested and being the brains he was COO or vice president with Jessi being the CFO or in charge of finances.

While Sophie was working hard with their crew growing their online products and gaining international recognition, Jimin asked Jessi to go to Korea to follow-up on a business tip he got from his father. Although he knew what his father wanted was for him to return home, Jimin was determined to show he was his own man.

Two months before graduation, Sophie and Jimin were chosen to compete in the final nationwide dance competition. They both struggled with school work, finals and dance practices but on the day of the competition, their performance met with standing ovations as the crowd was in awe of the flawless and passionate performance of the two.

Feeling over the moon and being congratulated over and over, Sophie and Jimin celebrated their achievement by partying, dancing and drinking the night away. Sophie was too drunk to make it to the apartment she shared with Jessi so Jimin took her to his since it was closer. Jimin was struggling to put the giggling Sophie to bed when he tripped falling on top of her. When he attempted to rise off her, So wrapped her hands around his neck and pulled her down to meet her lips to his. Shocked, Jimin pulled away wide-eyed but when he looked at Sophie, her eyes met his with so much lust that Jimin could no longer resist to crush his lips to hers more forcefully.
