Elliot was working when Olivia walked in the already agreed to keep the new found relationship a secret till afterthe divorce and to take things slower.

"Callings!!!" Fin yelled. when she walked in since her new name was Olivia callings.

"Its Benson I'd you ever call me than again I will beat the shit out of you" she said.

"Sorry" fin muttered.

"so your Benson." a decent looking man in her old desk.

"I am and you are."

"Adam Mercer" he said winking and shaking her hand. Olivia could feel Elliot's stare. She turned to him smiling.

" I cooked you something. "  she set a plate with foil down.

"What poisoning is in this."

"None but it was your food I cooked."

he slowly opened the foil and saw a sticky note.

"Sorry I was to lazy... LOVE YOU!!" it read.

"I hate you." he laughed.

"no you don't " since Elliot's desk faced everyone Olivia sat on his desk somewhat sideways and rested her foot on his leg.

"so how is everyone" she asked as Elliot gently rubbed her anckle.

"Munch here applied for lieutenants exam." Fin smirked.

"Awe munchies getting older!!!!" Olivia said.

"Shut up Benson." He laughed.

"So Mercer.... you giving Elliot Hell." Olivia asked.

"I try..."

"Good later ill tell you how to really get under his skin."

soon Alex walked in and stopped dead in her tracks seeing Olivia on Elliot's desk.

"Liv?"

"No I changed my name to bitch.... after every perp and Vic calling me that it had a nice ring."

"Speaking of rings where's yours." Munch asked.

"I was actually here to see Alex.. Can you draw me up some divorce papers?"

"what?" Alex asked confused. she looked at everyone.

"yeah her and Munxh fight to much.." Elliot said earning a slap on the head from Olivia.

"Damn it munch I said keep it a secret." she teased.

"WHAT" Alex yelled.

"Kidding Alex. I married a Guy a two years ago and I want a divorce. son of a bitch is a prick. and to safe you and me time he can have the house that's all we shared everything else was separate from before the marriage."

"Oh uh okay."
