The next day at the precinct was awkward. Mercer had a bandaged nose and a bruised cheek. He was giving Elliot daggers. Fin and Munch were looking between them or avoiding them and Olivia was to worried about Elliot who look angry and stressed.
Olivia started feeling dizzy when she stood up. She grabbed the desk to steady herself which didn't go in noticed by Elliot. He got up and walked over her.
"Babe you okay." he asked.
"Yeah just stood to quickly.." she said smiling.
"You sure"
"Yeah if it happens again ill tell you."
"okay." he kissed her head.
Olivia went to cragens office giving him the files she finished. when she came out Her and Elliot went to lunch.
at the dinner Elliot and Olivia sat down and started talking about the baby.
"We need To think of baby names." Olivia said. "We can't call her she forever." Olivia said looking at her stomach.
"What did you have in mind." Elliot asked.
"I like Paige. Do you have any ideas."
"I like Paige to. What about Peyton" Elliot said.
"Oh I like that!" she said excited. "Now a middle name."
"Uh..." Olivia laughed.
"How about Marie." Olivia suggested.
"I like it...Peyton Marie..." Elliot said.
"Peyton Marie Stabler."Olivia smiled.
"You want her to have my last name?" he asked. they weren't married but he figured she'd use Benson.
"Of course El you are her father are you having doubts?" Olivia asked concerned.
"No! I just figured you would use your last name. I mean we aren't married."
"Elliot that doesn't mean she cant have your last name." she said grabbing his hand.
"I know I'm sorry. I guess Mercer just got to me."
"Don't worry about him. okay?"
"Yeah."
"Now weres my food Peyton and I are starving." Olivia said.
"I see the waitress now." Elliot chuckled.
After eating they went back to work. it was a slow day so they were home at a decent hour.
Olivia was sitting in bed folding her and Elliot's laundry. Elliot just finished his shower and came out with a towel her opened his drawer to get some boxers.
"Here would you put your others away too?" she asked.
"Yep...here give me your stuff ill put it away." she smiled handing him her stuff laying down
