Its been 2 months and Olivia is officially divorced. She bought an apartment in Elliot's building.
Olivia walked into her apartment she was just at Elliot's watching movies. She went to text him to let him know she got in safe even if she was one floor down. she realized she didn't have her it and remembered it was charging on Elliot's charger. she grounded turning around going to her door when she opened it Elliot was right there in just his sweats.
"You left your phone Benson" he smirked.
"I noticed... you seem to have left your shirt at home." she didn't like when he walked around his building shirtless because of the single women and younger pretty women flirting with him.
"Someone jealous?" he asked.
"nope.. you just know how I feel about you walking around here without your shirt."
"Come on Liv... you know I only have eyes for you." he said leaning on her door the same as her. she just stared at him. "If it makes you feel better ill start and try wearing a shirt in the hallway.
"Good." she smirk. "now I gotta go to sleep I start as an svu detective tomorrow " they both laugh.
"Oh really?" he asked playfully.
"yeah and I don't want my partner to have a sleepy Olivia."
"Oh so you gonna try flirting with your partner?" he asked with a raised brow.
"No I tried that before..." Elliot just laughed.
"Ill let you get your sleep and ill see you in the morning."
"with a shirt on." she cut in.
"Love you." he chuckled.
"love you too."
the next morning Olivia woke up and got showered and dressed. when she was finished she heard a knock on her door.
"Its open!" She yelled from the kitchen.
"Hey how did you sleep?" Elliot asked.
"Good. How bout you?" she asked tending to her eggs.
"Fine. So you weren't lying you cook." he said resting his hands on her sides.
"I do want some?"
"sure."
After eating Elliot and Olivia walked down to Elliot's car. While they were driving the song All Of Me came on. Elliot glanced over to Olivia in the passenger seat. she was slightly mouthing the words. he grabbed her hand and kissed her knuckles.
once they made it to the precinct Olivia walked to cregans office.
"Ah Olivia..lets go announce partners." he said.
"Okay."
"Alright we are going to switch things up." cregan said as they walked out. "Fin you will be with Mercer stabler and Benson you'll be back together. munch you'll be doing more desk."
