The next morning Elliot and Olivia got up at 8:00 to surprise the kids at Elliot's moms.
"Hey El I need to tell you something." Olivia said rolling to face him.
"what's that" He asked
"Remember that situation with Kathleen." she paused seeing him nod. "Well I went and talked to your mom to talk her into talking to Kathleen" She was expecting him to be mad but was completely shocked when he pulled her halfway on top him holding her tight.
after a few minutes Elliot loosened his hold on her.
"We should probably get dressed."He said.
"Yeah I wanna go swimming." Olivia said smiling.
while Elliot was in the shower Olivia put on shorts and a white T-shirt she was putting her shoulder length hair in a ponytail when Elliot walked out fully dressed. Olivia laughed realizing they both picked out white shirts and black shorts.
while driving to his moms Elliot rested a hand on Olivia's thigh. he was happy the kids were welcoming Olivia as his girlfriend.
when they got there Elliot grabbed their bags and lead Olivia to the front door. when the door opened they were greeted by Lizzie.
"Dad!Liv!" she yelled hugging them the rest of the kids joined hugging them.
"Hey guys how ya been?" Elliot asked he looked over to see Lizzie clinging to Olivia she seemed to be the closet to her.
"Good" they all said. They all walked inside Elliot took their stuff to the last spare room and saw Olivia and his mom talking.
"Elliot sweetheart its good to see you dear!" Bernie said.
"Good to see you too mom." he gave her a hug before standing next to Olivia.
"Hope you don't mind us just popping in." Olivia said nervously.
"Not at all dear Elliot would you be a doll and start the grill for dinner?"
"Sure mom." Elliot went outside and started the grill and Olivia brought out the food. Elliot took off his shirt so it wouldn't stain and handed it to Olivia. she set it on the table.
"I'm so glad we did this I'm already relaxed." Olivia said.
"Me too."
"I'm gonna get the kids and go swimming."She said giving him a Peck on the cheek.
while Olivia and the kids were swimming Elliot finished cooking and joined them. he snuck up on Olivia and tackled her to the water. When she resurfaced she was shocked.
"Elliot!!!" she yelled. She lunged at him but instead of falling he just caught her.
"Dad is the food done?" Dickie asked.
"Yep." as soon as he said that all the kids took off. Olivia just laughed.
"we should join them." Olivia said.
"Not yet this our vacation too." he said kissing her. Olivia wrapped her arms around his neck.
"come on I'm hungry" Olivia said pulling away.
