Zhongli has never been really the type of person to get jealous over childish things, so Childe wanted to try and make him jealous just to see what he's reaction would be, while childe was thinking of how could he make zhongli jealous a girl accidentally bumped onto him, "i-i'm so sorry i wasn't looking..oh childe?" the shorter girl spoke "oh hi Hiroshi!" childe said "what are you doing here?" Hiroshi said. "i was thinking of something.." then he had an idea. "Hiroshi..do you mind if you can do me a favor?" "of course! What is it?"

(Zhongli's) pov
As zhongli was taking his normal morning stroll he noticed a familiar face, with a girl? She had long black hair and bright blue eyes, zhongli walked up to see who childe was talking to, as he got closer he realized they were being unreasonably close, of course, not that zhongli minded, "oh zhongli didn't see you there!" 'hello childe, may i ask who you are speaking to? " "oh, you haven't met her yet? Well she's Hiroshi a "close" friend of mine" childe said as he grabbed Hiroshi's hand gently, Hiroshi noticed the sudden touch and went along with it, as she knew what childe was up to, "oh, Hiroshi what an interesting name, my name is Zhongli," "Nice to meet you Zhongli!"

As the. three people kept talking, zhongli noticed how childe and hiroshi was holding hands 99% of the time they were speaking, it was a bit irritating that hiroshi and childe kept talking nonstop to eachother it made zhongli a bit frustrated, of course he would never say that infront of her and childe as they were just talking, nothing to be jealous of. "well, i better get going now, I'll see you later childe and zhongli!" childe waved goodbye to hiroshi, "finally..." zhongli muttered, "what was that?" childe asked, "Ah, it was nothing," zhongli said, "okay.. Well what did you think about Hiroshi? She's pretty right?" Child's said almost teasingly, zhongli could not help but roll his eyes, "She was... Interesting to say the least," zhongli said trying his best to hide the irritation that he felt, the orange haired man noticed the sudden change in the others voice, "was the plan already working?" childe thought, "well do you want something to eat? We could go to a restaurant if your hungry." Zhongli said to try and change the subject, "Hmm sure im getting hungry anyways" the two men went to a restaurant nearby and ordered a few dishes "say.. How long have you known Hiroshi?" asked zhongli, childe raised an eyebrow "I've known her a few years" which was a lie him and hiroshi only met a couple of months ago, zhongli was surprised, how could he have known her for so long yet zhongli never knew, zhongli was zoning out a bit until someone tapped his shoulder "uhm... Are you okay?" childe said with a worried expression, "I'm fine do not worry."

it was already dark when the two got back home, zhongli went and took a shower alone which was odd since childe always offers to shower with him, once he got back to the room he saw childe already peacefully asleep, zhongli sat down on the edge of the bed not wanting to wake up his childe he placed a quick peck on his forehead, he tried to stand up and sleep in the guest room until childe grabbed zhongli's wrist and pulled him onto the bed, "stay with me..." childe mumbled, a smile formed onto zhongli's face as he moved closer to the ginger's chest and closed his eyes and went to sleep,
