I Bit the inside of my cheeks trying to hold back the cheesiest smile ever. I took a deep breathe remembering what I came here for.

I stopped in my tracks and he turned around confused. I looked down at the floor, as ants suddenly became so interesting.

"Sero I know why you're mad but I want to hear everything from you." I initiated whilst still looking at the ground.

He sighed before telling me, "Y/n look at me." When I tell you I almost folded but instead I just shook my head.

"The ants on the ground are very appealing actually-" I cracked a joke, but he didn't laugh so it made things ten times more awkward.

"There's literally no ants look up at me." He continued and I sighed before slowly looking up at him.

His expression was unreadable and it was kinda intimidating. He walked closer to me and I thickly gulped.

He chuckled looking at my face expression. He folded his arms and a smirk lingered on his lips.

"I'm mad because the girl I was madly in love with had my best friend coming over to say that you guys were official-"

"But-" I went to interrupt but he placed a finger on my lips, stopping me from talking.

"Though I'm more upset that I walked out on you instead of listening to your side of the story." He finished.

I furrowed my eyebrows as this still left many things unexplained: what was the post about, is he now dating that girl-?

He chuckled as he looking down as me, poking my eyebrows. My eyes widened as I realised how much I was frowning.

Instantly, I relaxed my eyebrows trying to be calm about the whole situation. I went to say something but he beat me to it.

"Gosh y/n you're so readable there's nothing going on between me and that girl," he said as he cupped my face.

"I don't believe you..." I pouted; honestly it was believable but that just confused everything even more.

"Fine then I'll prove it."

He leaned in and I quickly peaked to see if there was anyone on the street at the moment and luckily there wasn't.

He pressed his soft lips onto mine and the kiss was intoxicating. Oh god how I missed his sense of touch.

He trailed his colds hands on my back making circles, at first it cause me to flinch but then I simply melted into it.

I smiled as I pulled away, I'm totally in love with this man. He brought me into a hug and I didn't even care if the whole world saw us

I could feel his heartbeat and it completely matched mine. "Let's go back to mine?" He suggested.

"Won't she be there," the jealousy evidently coming out as I started to talk. He smiled before replying.

"Exactly that but I want you to meet here properly and it will answer a lot of your questions."

I hummed in agreement and we walked back to his house.

We finally arrived and when I got in she ran up to me and hugged me. "DID YOU GUYS FINALLY MAKE UP?" She squealed.

I nodded embarrassment flooding all over me. "Follow me!" She giggled as she led me to the living room.

Sero's interior design was very simplistic and plain but very cozy and it screamed family orientated. We sat on the sofa.

"Sorry let me introduce myself I'm Delilah and you probably know me as Sero's ex," She introduce herself.

"I'm y/n-" I went to introduce myself and she snorted before slapping her mouth. Sero gave Delilah one side eyeee.

"Sorry sorry that was rude of me even before you and Sero had your fall out he would always talk about you."
