Heyy! So i repost my first one shot of Eddie from my account on Tumblr .

Hope you love it🤗

The news reports kept saying that the disaster was earthquake related. The citizens of Hawkins were also convinced of this, but not (Y/N). She was a Hawkins High student who until now had lived in the shadows. She was introverted, didn't trust others, and above all had very rare gifts that were still unknown to everyone. She was the only feminine member of the Hellfire Club, which got her into a lot of trouble. Faithful to herself, she ignored the evil critics. Now she was heartbroken: the only person who could make her laugh and give her joy in her life was gone forever. Eddie.

She was always wearing the club shirt she had made with the help of Eddie Munson, the club leader, her best friend. She cried a lot, even more than usual. Sometimes this happened in the middle of the day. Her mother convinced her to join a charity to help the people of Hawkins who were in need. At first, she wasn't convinced it was a good idea. Soon the socializing and action did her good, but her grief caught up with her at night when she was in her room and alone.

Then one day she saw Dustin Henderson who had come with Steve Harrington, Nancy Wheeler, and Robin Buckley to help. She noticed the teenager's interaction with Eddie's uncle and soon the tears came. The secret inside her weighed more and more and was eating away at her every day. She walked out of the school feeling her tears welling up.

"Shit!" she swore, fed up with her constant emotionalism.

"(Y/N)? Are you alright? I saw you rush out." Dustin asked worriedly."... I saw you talking to Eddie's uncle." Confessed (Y/N)

Dustin sat down next to her; he was the only one who knew about the teenager's true feelings for Eddie even though they had never talked about it together. He had noticed how her eyes lit up every time she was with the high school metalhead.

"You loved him, didn't you?" Dustin asked.

"It was that obvious?" Answered (Y/N) as a wave of tears came over her.

"The way you look at a person is much more powerful than just words. Said Dustin."You know what hurts the most? It's that I'll never get the chance to tell him, and the worst part is that if I did tell him, it would only be one way." Confided (Y/N)

"(Y/N), he loved you very much. I was with him during the earthquake, and he asked me to look after you." Dustin confessed

"It wasn't an earthquake Dustin, the media can say what they want, I still believe it." Confessed (Y/N).Until now, (Y/N) had never taken part in the adventures of Dustin's friends, but her gifts of divination. This manifested itself in flashes that projected her into the future or the past. She relied heavily on her intuition. Dustin looked at her with suspicion, how could she know that?

"Why do you say that?"

"When the so-called earthquake happened, I was down by the lake, the sky was unusually red. It was scary, honestly I was so close to leaving and then bats appeared out of nowhere, they were strange."

Dustin paused and had a flash of what had happened. "They attacked you?" Dustin asked worriedly."I thought so at first, but then one of them started circling around me like it was trying to protect me. Finally, the others left. " She explained

A demo bat trying to protect a human being? Surprising, isn't it? It wasn't normal, these creatures had hurt Steve and caused Eddie's loss. These creatures were aggressive, all of them. Then Dustin thought of Dart the demo dog with whom he'd had a special bond before his true nature took over.

"I have to tell you something, but you have to promise to keep it to yourself." Dustin finally said."The upside down." Said (Y/N) who anticipated what Dustin was going to say.He looked at her as she broke down, how did she know?

"Have you ever dealt with this world?" Dustin asked"Frontally no but I've had flashes that predicted the future and every time they've never been wrong. And I know in advance that this is just the beginning of a never-ending nightmare." Confessed (Y/N)While they were talking, they were unaware that a shadow hidden behind the bushes was watching them and listening to their conversation.

In the evening, after she had returned home, a strange phenomenon occurred. She was sitting on the windowsill of her room. She could feel the wind in her hair blowing and saw a bat flying by her window. The creature flew closer to the house and into the teenager's room. (Y/n) paid no attention to this intrusion, thinking only of Eddie and the last moment she had seen him. She found in her hand the pendant that the young man never took off, it was as if she was closer to him the moment, she had the object in her hand. She felt courage seize her and for the first time she finally managed to express her pain

"Eddie, I don't know if you can hear me from where you are. I hope you are happy and at peace at last. Deep in my heart I always knew you were innocent, I knew you for so long Eddie, you were my first friend in high school. With you I knew I could be myself. I always didn't care about the rumors about you because in the end I knew who you were. Then I realized very quickly that it wasn't the friendship... I love you Eddie and every day my heart breaks a little more knowing that I never got the opportunity to tell you face to face it's too late now." Says (Y/N) with emotion.

"There is no shame in feeling such strong feelings." Said a voice that was familiar to her .(Y/N) paused for a moment, feeling as if she had the presence of a ghost. "There is no shame in running." This phrase kept running through her head, and then she took a deep breath, thinking that it was all a figment of her imagination. She returned to her room and gasped as she saw Eddie sitting on her bed.

"...I'm hallucinating now." She thought to herself, (Y/N)

"Not at all, look! I'm alive." Said Eddie jumping up and down on her mattress. She was unable to respond and noticed that his complexion was paler than normal. She felt fear for the first time.

"What are you?" she asked worriedly.

"I am myself (Y/N)"

"Why is your skin paler than normal? And..."

Eddie moved closer to her and felt all her fear, he protectively wrapped his arms around her and ended up kissing her for the first time."Do you believe me now?" the young man asked

"...That still doesn't answer my question, Eddie." Said the worried young woman.

"I need to show you something but please promise not to freak out, okay?"

"At this point I don't think anything scares me anymore." said (Y/N).

Eddie let go of her and without her expecting it, he turned into a bat before her eyes. He began to fly around the room until he disappeared.(Y/N) suddenly felt a click and realized that this bat that was protective of her was none other than Eddie.

"Eddie?"She felt a hand behind her which startled her. Eddie was behind her and had reverted to his human form.

"I didn't mean to scare you." The young man apologized.

"You're a bat?" said the shocked (Y/N)

"Then the correct word is vampire." Explained Eddie.

"So cool." Said (Y/N) who ended up snuggling in his arms.

"Aren't you afraid I'll bite you?"

To Eddie's amazement, (Y/N) was not afraid of his new form. They ended up spending the night together. She slept soundly beside him as the call of the night called Eddie back...End
