God reaches for man.
Brain-shaped cape spread,
fingers never touch.
God: "Let there be light!"
Open your eyes my beauties.
Gaze on your (s)hell.
Before it's a corpse
feared by the ignorant,
and becomes your hell.
Corp/us callosum.
The brain doesn't touch man.
We are all corpses.
A/N: This one is really obscure. I will probably change it when I figure out what I mean, but I'd love to hear other's interpretations. Props to Michelangelo who inspired this piece. There is his painting on the side > When I realized God's cape was brain-shaped I was mind blown.
