"How boring" a woman whispered in a whine as she waited in a warehouse.
Sitting a top of a few boxes, she's been there for over an hour and she hasn't gotten any signal. Usually she's willing to wait and not let it get to her but sometimes she can be impatient.
You rather be at home then anywhere else right?
"Rei darling when?" She whispered into the device hanging in her ear
"Soon, the other group just got in the car. They'll arrive in any moment, just keep looking out"
"Alright then, but you owe me a dinner" she says.
"No you do"
"Hm, you promised me I was going to wait 40 minutes, it's been 2 hours. And since when do I owe you dinner?"
"Since last night"
"And remind me what I did?"
"You lost a round in street fighter, you said whoever loses buys the other dinner"
She blanked and mumbled "I did say that did I?"
She sighed and said "fine, but don't think I'll lose next time"
"I doubt it"
"You're mean"
"Only for you"
She rolled her eyes but had a smile on her face and says "you dork"
Her and Rei have been dating for a while, having met on a mission when she was first assigned. They didn't click at first, it wasn't bad but not good enough to be left alone for a few minutes.
Though Norie found a light in him that she really loved, even if he was all "gloomy" and "emotionless".
She froze when she heard the warehouse doors open, in came two cars and they stopped beneath her. She scooted back to hide in the shadowy corner, her black suit helping her hide more.
"There here, I'll reach you till then" she whispered.
"Careful"
Norie heard the men beneath her speak as she saw the suit case they held open, she saw the jewelry shine and sparkle as the other agreed and handed the box over.
