"SEND THEM OUT!"
10 year old Rei peaked around the corner to hear his father yelling in his office, of irritation and annoyance.
"Just throw it in! I don't care if she's there! Chausiku knew what he put himself in, THROW IT!"
He heard a muffled sound of a bang come from the phone.
..
"Shit I forgot my wallet" Norie mumbled as she dug through her purse.
"Hold on Miri darling"
"Guys!"
The boys turned to her and saw her wave and calls out "do you got money? I left my wallet at home, can you pay and I'll get you the money after!"
They then turned to each other and started to play rock paper scissors, after the first time they tied, then the second Kazuki ended up winning.
"Go on, she's your girlfriend after all too!"
"So in a emergency you wouldn't pay for her stuff when I'm not around?"
"Who said I wouldn't, you're here"
Rei sighed and walked towards the girls, Miri jumping up and down happily as she saw him walking over.
"Sorry darling I'll pay you back okay?" Norie said as Miri started to point at the potatoes.
"It's okay" Rei responded as he took out his wallet.
Once he paid, Miri wanted to hold the bag of potatoes as she excitedly ran towards Kazuki. Norie turned to Rei and says "thank you"
"Yeah" he answered as he let her kiss him on the cheek.
"We got potatoes!" Miri says as he ran up to Kazuki.
"Eh? What about mine?"
"Nowhere"
"Huh?"
"Let's share papa!" The little girl said with a smile.
"What a good kid" Kazuki whispered.
Norie sighed as Rei says "you're a lousy actor"
After a while, Kazuki went to go grab drinks and left the couple with Miri. Norie smiled and turned to them and said "look at my two favorite people, having fun today?"
