Naya sat on top of Payakan, her head pounding and a wound on the side of her head.

She had a sharp piece of metal which she was using to try and break the anklet that stopped her from going back to Na'vi form.

After many failed attempts, she chucks the metal back into the water with a groan.

"This is so stupid!" She shouts, frustrated. She was practically a sitting duck. She couldn't even help them now that she was stuck as a human. She was puny and weak.

Payakan lets out a sympathetic noise which Naya can only sigh at.

"I know, it's not your fault." She tells him, laying on her back.

Had Jake killed Quaritch yet, and if so, what was taking Lo'ak and Spider so long to find him? And where was Kiri with Tuk and Neytiri. Naya'il couldn't bear the thought of losing this family as well, they had all already lost so much, including Neteyam.

Naya didn't even know the boy for so long, yet she felt a huge pain in her chest when he passed. How would she be able to even survive without Lo'ak?

Naya dwelled on that question for a bit until Payakan began swimming.

Getting up, Naya sees 5 Avatar bodies. The Sully family was okay.

"Hey!" She shouts, calling their attention as Naya and Payakan make their way over to the family.

She and Lo'ak both help a tired Jake onto Payakan's fin as he stayed there panting.

Jake turns to Lo'ak, placing his hand on his son's cheek.

"I see you, son." Jake says, panting. Lo'ak's face breaks into a soft smile as he hugs his father.

"I love you, dad." Lo'ak says, his voice raw.

The whole Sully family engulfed one another in a huge group hug. Naya sat on Payakan's fin, watching the family with a smile playing on her lips.

Kiri motions the girl to come join them and she politely declines with a nod.

It was their moment.

After this little hug, Lo'ak sat next to Naya up top Payakan. Naya rests her head on Lo'ak's shoulder and he rests his on her head. Their hands were entangled as they both let out a sigh.

"You came back." She says as they both watch the water.

"Of course. I promised you, Naya. This is forever."
