Very much needed.

The screens shows that we're now back at the hospital that Tara, is supposed to stay at. Sam's eyes shoot open, and she jolts awake, dozed off in a chair, near Tara's bed, she looks at her sister only to find Tara asleep perfectly fine. 

Sam looks over at the other chair to see Richie, who has AirPods in his ears while being on his phone, moving a lot clearly into whatever he's watching while dodging punches from the enemy, he then blinks and sees Sam's awake.

Sam looks over at Akuma only to see him staring at Tara while smoking.

Richie: Are you ok?

Sam: Bad dream, I thought you were going to the hotel?

Richie: Stab's on Netflix, what? I want to be prepared.

Sam shakes her head.

Sam: I got to find a bathroom.

Sam walks down the hall, passes the nurse's station, and she finds a bathroom near the elevator. Once Sam gets into the bathroom, she washes her hands and splashes water on her face. Then she sees a figure replacing her reflection, only to see it is Billy Loomis.

Billy: How're you doing, Sam? Kind of a fucked up situation, you're in, wouldn't you say?

He says it so casually, and instead of jumping, Sam just dries her hands and face without answering, as if she's ignoring someone annoyingly.

Billy: Gotta be tough for you, everyone talking about me again. And coming, back here and opening old wounds.

Sam pulls out a bottle of pills and pops one in her mouth and washes it down with some water from the sink.

Billy: Anti-psychotics aren't working as well as they used to, are they?

Sam sighs and finally looks into the mirror.

Sam: Fuck you

Billy: Booze used to keep me away, but then you had to go to pills, who knows what it's going to take?

Sam doesn't respond and just makes her way to the door.

Billy: What are you going to tell her?

This stops Sam in her tracks.

Sam: Tell who?

Billy: Your sister, and her boyfriend, when are you going to tell them why all of this is happening?

Sam goes to respond only to hear her phone go off and when she looks at it, she sees the caller ID say Amber Freemen, Sam answers the phone call.

Sam: Hello?

But it wasn't Amber, it was a voice we all know, way too well.

Ghostface: Hello Samantha.

Sam: Who is this?

Ghostface: Someone who knows your secret. What's your favorite stab movie? I'm guessing the one with Billy Loomis in it?

Sam: You're the fuck who hurt my sister and my brother-in-law shot-

Ghostface: She's not the only one I'm going to hurt, I needed you to come back here somehow, didn't I?

Sam: Fuck you, why don't you come and get me?!

Ghostface: With pleasure.

The bathroom door then bursts open, to reveal ghostface, Sam screams and ducks as ghostface goes to stab her, only for the knife to get stuck in the stall door. Ghostface tries to pull the knife out, only for Sam to try and runs past.

Ghostface punches Sam in the face, knocking her down hard to the ground, ghostface rips the knife out of the stall door, and advances towards Sam who is scrambling backwards.

Sam: Help! Help me!

Ghostface goes to stab at Sam, only for Sam to kick him in his leg, Ghostface's leg buckles as Sam runs out of the door trying to look for some kind of help, and she collides with a deputy, who Sam explains everything that happened during the attack but not mentioning Billy at all.

Sam gets sent back to Tara's room only to find Richie who looked at her.

Sam: What are you doing, out here?

Richie: I was told that your brother-in-law was going to have a very much needed time with your sister, if you know what I mean.

Akuma looks at Tara.

Akuma: You sure, you want to do this with all of your injuries?

Tara nods.

Tara: I'm sure, babe.

Akuma walks over to Tara, and then they have a night to themselves, and they stop once the clock hits 6:30 am. 

But both Akuma and Tara would be lying if they said they didn't need that, a doctor walks in only to see Akuma smoking and Tara laying fully clothed, cuddled up to Akuma under the covers.

Akuma: You going to do the check-up, doc?

The doctor looks at Akuma and just does his check-up, and he accidentally touches Tara's thigh and Akuma notices and stands up. 

Akuma then beats the Doctor up until the doctor was a beaten, bruised and bloody pulp.

Akuma: Don't ever touch my old lady.

Doctor: *fearfully* I'm sorry. Please don't hurt me anymore!

Akuma grabbed the doctor, took him to a different room, put on some black leather gloves. 

The doctor looked at Akuma in fear, only for Akuma to grab the doctor and throw in through a window, only to stick on a glass frame as an SOA member comes in. Akuma looks at the person only to smile as he sees Filip "Chibs" Telford.

Chibs: That was a very sloppy suicide.

Akuma: Yeah? Well, it worked, alright. I'll wipe my prints off the bastard.

Akuma wiped his prints from the body, and both Chibs and Akuma left.
