Act three begins

Mindy's alone laying on the couch, her usual lesbian hookup Frances, had just left because Akuma had caused everyone to leave. Mindy's drunk, watching Stab 1. Richie pokes his head into the room.

Richie: Do you know if there's any beer left? I checked the fridge and there's none left.

Mindy: There's some In the basement.

Richie: Do you want to come with?

Mindy: No, but you were right for asking.

Richie weighs his need for beer or his fear, beer wins. Richie grabs the other silver candlestick.

Richie: I'll be back.

As soon as Richie realizes what he said, he winces and slowly makes his way down the stairs to the basement. Mindy shakes her head and sighs.

Mindy: Well, he's dead.

Mindy settles back down and continues to watch her movie until she turns around to see a pissed-off Liv.

Liv: Goddamn Uber cancelled on me... Could this night get any shittier?

Liv and Mindy talk while everyone except Akuma and Tara were downstairs. Tara and Akuma were having sex in Amber's parent's old bedroom. Tara and Akuma went to the room the second nobody was looking, and that was an hour ago.

Tara and Akuma get dressed and walk downstairs only to hear Mindy scream as she had just gotten stabbed in the shoulder before Akuma and or Sam had gotten to Mindy, Sam threw a lamp at Ghostface after Ghostface stabbed Mindy in the stomach as well.

Akuma pulled out his M1911A1 and started shooting at Ghostface while Sam ran over, crouches down and puts pressure on Mindy's shoulder wound before Akuma reloads and then holsters his 1911 before running off and coming back with a towel, which Sam wraps around Mindy's stomach.

Amber runs into the room without Tara, and Amber looks at them as if they're the killers.

Amber: WHAT DID YOU DO?!

Akuma: Fuck you!

Liv runs in covered in blood while looking at everyone.

Akuma: Did you find Chad? 

That's right Akuma knew Chad would be here for Wes and or Liv, but Chad isn't so Akuma thought the worst.

Amber pulls out a 44. Magnum from the back of her waistband, and shoots Liv through the head, and when Akuma saw the gun he calmly stood in front of Sam protectively before pulling out his 1911 and hiding it behind his thigh.

Amber: Welcome to Act Three.

Amber swings the gun in Akuma and Sam's direction and pulls the trigger, only to have the bullet hit Akuma in the stomach at the same time as Akuma shot Amber in her abdomen before Akuma falls to the ground behind the couch,

Akuma: I got to tell you what I tell the cops, FUCK YOU, and FUCK THE POLICE.

Everyone runs into different rooms because Amber shot in every direction, with Richie and Sam going together to the basement and Akuma in the dining room.

Sam and Richie talk, with Richie trying to put the blame on Tara, saying how Richie thinks Tara is the second killer. But nobody notices Akuma leave for the upper floor, and Akuma silently chuckles, as he pulled up his shirt, showing a bulletproof vest with a hole in it.

Akuma: *pained* Damn. Bitch got me. I looked, and behold, a pale horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Akuma pulled the bullet out before putting gauze and wrapped a bandage wrap over his wound.

After Akuma put on the emergency medical supplies he walks downstairs to where Amber is and shoots Amber in the right shoulder.

Akuma then sees Amber run out of the door and a few seconds later there are gunshots going off, with Amber coming back in and then a few minutes later Sidney comes into the house without Gale who got shot in the stomach by Amber.

Akuma gets bumped into by Sidney, who looks at the young man:

Akuma: Hey, Sidney. 

The young man coughs before sighing painfully.

Sidney: I should have known.

Akuma: I'm going to kill that fuckin' bitch.
