Tara is currently in her room when she tries to use the call button, which doesn't work.
Tara: Hello? Deputy Vinson? Nobody's answering the call button!
Tara gets no response, clearly not having heard of the sheriff's and Wes's deaths. A bang can be heard from the hallway, because of something falling over, then nothing but silence.
Tara: Fuck this.
Tara looks over at the wheelchair next to her bed, and she thinks about her injuries but, gets on the wheelchair anyway and starts to wheel herself to the hallway and forgets about her phone until it vibrates signalling a call, but she ignores it and wheels herself into the hallway slowly and painfully, she doesn't realize the call was from Sam who is speeding in the Prius to the hospital with Dewey in the car with Sam.
Tara sees an elevator at the end of the hallway past the nurse's station, which feels like it's miles away. Tara begins on her way to the elevator only to see a security guard with his throat slashed. Tara's eyes go wide as she puts her non-injured hand on her mouth to not scream.
Tara hears something, so she checks the security guard's body for a gun, but there is none, causing her to move beside the body and go into a random room. The lights are off, and the room is empty, which causes Tara to have the door open only a sliver. Tara grabs a silver, clean bedpan and waits as she hears footsteps getting closer and closer, then once the door opens she throws the bedpan at the person only to hit Richie in his head.
Richie: Ow-goddammit!
Richie holds his head, surprised.
Tara: Richie?!
Richie: I was at the hotel when Sam called me and said you were in trouble-
Then Akuma shows up, and Tara's eyes widen in happiness.
Tara: Akuma!
Akuma and Tara hug while Ghostface appears.
Richie turns to Ghostface only for Ghostface to slash Richie's forearm, causing Richie to fall to the ground screaming, then Tara shrieks and throws some syringes at Ghostface but when Richie tries to stumble to his feet Ghostface spartan kicks Richie in his face, knocking Richie out cold.
Tara continues to wheel herself through the hallway as Akuma follows Tara protectively until both Akuma and Tara turn to see Ghostface talking on the phone with Sam using a voice changer while Sam distracts Ghostface then after a few minutes of Ghostface talking to Sam.
Akuma looked behind Ghostface who got shot in the leg, by someone Akuma knew well.
Akuma: Ope!
Opie: Are you both OK?
Tara: Yeah, get over here!
Opie runs over to the two, which ends up with Akuma giving Opie a bro-hug.
Until Akuma runs over and pulls Tara to the ground as he protectively lays over Tara while Ghostface got shot at and hid in a dark room. While Sam ran over and pushes Akuma onto the ground.
Tara looks at Akuma thankful but hugs Sam back as Dewey gets Richie and runs to the elevator, with Sam and Tara doing the same, while Opie helping Akuma up, and the duo running to the elevator.
Dewey walks towards where Ghostface, went only for Dewey to be tackled into a glass and both Dewey and Ghostface each other soon Dewey goes to shoot Ghostface only for her to kick his knee and stand up then Ghostface stabs Dewey in his gut and his liver which angers Akuma but what pisses Akuma off is Ghostface spartan kicking Dewey in his face onto the ground, while the elevator closes.
Akuma: DEWEY! FUCKIN' GODDAMMIT!
Tara and Akuma hugged while Akuma put his M1911A1 in the back of his pants, while Opie did the same.
Opie: He was a hero.
Akuma: Yeah, and died like one. But that won't stop me from killing Ghostface.
