Scarlett's Pov

~~after school~~

I walk out of school, looking for Sasha. She's always off before me; she gets off at 2:45 pm, while I got off at 3:00 pm, but hey I'm not complaining.

I look over the crowd of cars and people after about a minute I find her standing outside of her car waving at me like a lunatic, I smile shaking my head a little bit before walking down the two steps we have and heading to her.

When I get to her car she smiles while pointing to the passenger side then getting into the driver seat.

I get into the passenger side then shut the door, putting my backpack by my feet then we drive off, I know what you're thinking 'what about your seatbelt' but I never wear it I don't know why but I just never do.

When we hit the road I pull out my vape and start to use it, Sasha holds her hand out making a 'hand it over' single. I sigh, passing it over to her as she uses it.

It's only 30 nic so it's not that bad, once she's done using it she hands it back to me and I start to use it then once I'm done I pass it to her, that's how it went; back and forth for the rest of the ride to the club which is where she's going to drop me off for my interview.

We talk and listen to music the whole ride there. Once we arrive to the club I wait a second so she can finish using my vape before she hand it off to me.

I step out of the car, waving goodbye to her before closing the door and watching her drive off, once I don't see her I turn around and head into the club.

"Hello?" I ask into the club "hey, sorry we're closed" a voice says from my left, when I look I see a guy at the counter washing dishes with a drying clothe on his shoulder. "Um, yah I know, but, um, I'm here looking for a job?" I more ask then say and I walk over to the guy.

He's attractive, he's about 5'11 with blond short hair and brown eyes with a slit in his eyebrow and an eyebrow piercing and a sharp nose with a nose ring. You can tell he works out through his white muscle shirt and his washed blue jeans.

"Ah yes, Scarlett?" He asks putting the glass away while raising a eyebrow at me. "Yes that's me" I say while sitting in one of the bar stools there "ight, let's get this started then" he says putting everything down and having his full attention on me.

~~after the interview~~

"Hey can you come pick me up?" I ask Sasha over the phone "yah I'll be there in like 10 minutes" she says before hanging up.

After about 10 minutes she arrived "so how did it go?" She asks as soon as I get in "it was good but he said he'll call me later today if I got the job" I say then take a hit out of my vape.

After a while we arrive at my place, she waits for me to get in before taking off.

"Hello?" I yell to see if someone is home "in the living room Scar" I hear Alex shout back.

I walk into the living room before plopping down on the couch beside him then laying my head on his lap while he plays with my hair, I let out a sigh "what are you watching?" I ask as I turn my head to the tv.

"I'm just watching Wednesday" he says looking at the tv, as I was about to say something my phone rang. I quickly sat up properly and answered my phone "hello" I say into the phone "hello, is this Scarlett?" The voice on the other end asks.

"Yes this is she" I say, ignoring the curious look Alex has on his face "congratulations! You got the job" the person says "wait really?" I ask with a happy voice "yes really, I'll text you your hours" they say "ok thanks! Bye" "bye" then they hung up.

I look at Alex "I got the job!!" I say excitedly before pulling him into a hug. "Oh that's so good!" He says before pulling away with a smile.
