The next morning Emily woke up to see that she was being hugged by the brunette she was sent to care for, this caused her to blush as she stuttered out gibberish. Merlock slowly woke up but had decided to play about, she chuckled as she gently tugged Emily closer to her.
"Comfy honey~?" She teased before sitting up and patting a strawberry-like Emily's head. "I'm only kidding!" she laughed.
Emily faced away using her hair to cover her face until she could find her glasses.
"Why are ya hiding your face exactly?" Merlock asked taking notice of this,
"N-No reason I-I just don't like my face in the morning I g-g-guess.." Merlock decided to lean over her and gently sweep away the hair from her face.
"There see? Perfect!" Merlock commented, Emily shook her head and quickly put on her glasses as she jumped off the bed.
"I-I'm gonna go make breakfast, and umm, w-well what would you like?" Emily asked kindly.
"..Y'know we don't 'ave cornflakes or any of that stuff, right?" Merlock replied. At that moment all was silent, that is, until Emily turned to face Merlock with her eyes full of pitty.
"W-Well...we could always go buy some.." Emily argued.
"I suppose."
"So what w-would you like then?" Emily asked.
"Surprise me!" Merlock yelled throwing her hands up in the air,
"Oh, by the way," Merlock began, "I'm going out with some of mi 'Amigos' t'nite, I won't be back for a'hile so ye can d' whatever the hell you want." She said yawning.
