A few hours later, I was in London wrapped in the arms of my Thomas. His excitement to see me was flattering, but before we could enjoy each other I had a few thoughts, an idea; that I just needed to write down. I was unable to do so on the plane. I didn't have any paper or a pen or anything. Thomas read over my shoulder as I wrote and I cunningly said are you enjoying the view. "Yes, very much." Thomas said, as he kissed the back of my neck. "No, no, no." I said as I pulled away. "Don't start, Thomas." "Why not? He added as his lips grazed the back of my neck once more. "Because I have to get these thoughts down before I forget. This could be my masterpiece, and it needs to be handled with care." I said. "I'll be gentle." He said, and I closed my eyes briefly as the warmth of his breath fell upon my skin. After a few minutes had past. "There I'm done." I said, as I turned around and was face to face with his chest. I handed him the piece of paper that I just wrote on. "Tell me what you think," I said eager for his opinion. "It's good, but it's not great. Thomas said. The idea needs a little polishing." he added with a smile. "Oh really, so it's not good. Well you should know that it's really good. I mean you've already explored it, haven't you?" "Why Ms. Everhart, are you being dirty with me," He said with a raised eyebrow. "So you think that I'm a dirty girl?" "No, you are a masterpiece." I laughed and shook my head. "Always a charmer." I said, as I gaze steadily into his eyes, trying to find a smidgen of doubt. He pulled me in for a kiss. Then picked me up and I wrapped my body around him and pressed my head into his chest. "I've missed you." He said. "Never let me go." I replied back. We stayed like that for what seems like forever. Then he sat down with me on his lap. "What would you like for dinner? He asked. "Whatever you want? I'm just here to enjoy you." I said. "Hmm, sounds good to me." Then he kissed my forehead, place me down and proceeded into the kitchen to make us lunch. A few minutes past and I asked if he needed any help. He told me no, and that he had it. So I made myself at home and put some music on. A little Coldplay to set the mood. "I love this Cd (Ghost Stories)." A wonderful smell was coming from the kitchen and I couldn't help but to pop my head in. "It smells good, what are we eating?" I asked. "Lemon chicken with rice and asparagus with a side salad." He said. "Oh, wow, it looks good and it smells great. I can't wait to try it. I love that you can cook. I find it so sexy." I said. "Really, that's good to know." Everything was delicious and I thanked him for being such a great cook and a gracious host. I washed the dishes as he searched for a movie for us to watch. I didn't care what we watched or what we did. I just wanted to be with him. To lay underneath him. "Natalie, do you really want to watch a movie?" he asked. "Honestly it doesn't matter to me. We could just lay in each other's arms and catch up or have sex, whichever one you want." I said knowing my words would put a smile on his face. "I have really missed you." Thomas said as he poured us both a glass of wine. I dried my hands after washing the dishes and sat criss cross applesauce on the sofa facing him as we conversed. It was wonderful, watching his eyes dance with joy as he talked about work. It's such a turn on for me, how passionate he is about his work. We talked about our dreams and fears. I brought up how our relationship has been really easy, but everyone goes through hard times. I asked if he thought we could survive hard times. "I think that we both were brought up to not walk away when things get tough. So I think you and I will talk things out and deal with it to the best of our abilities. As long as we both want this, then we will work to hold on to it." He said and I agreed. I leaned in for a kiss then snuggled into him and we both drifted off to sleep on the sofa.

The next morning Thomas took me to do a little sightseeing. He took me to see The Big Ben and The London Eye, since I was unable to do much sightseeing on my last visit. I was in heaven, everything was so amazingly beautiful to me. I'm so thankful that so far the weather is holding up and for today I am enjoying just being a tourist. We decided to go for a walk and as we maneuvered through the different streets we came upon this cute little bakery just behind the convent gardens. Oh, my goodness I see chocolate, lots and lots of chocolate Through the window, I just had to go in. I looked at Thomas with my eyes wide and lit up like a little kid in a candy store. "I know how you love chocolate, let's go in." He said. When we entered the shop the smells were intoxicating. I could have bought one of everything. Instead I bought a dozen chocolate, chocolate chip biscotti's and a half dozen red velvet cupcakes with Chocolate buttercream. I figured we could take the biscotti's to his parents house this evening.
