Atlas POV

I woke up in the morning only to be annoyed by the sun shinning over the window, but soon my mood got well when I saw lily curled up in my side a strand of hair blocking her face. I pulled it behind her left ear, just to get a better look at her face. She looks so peaceful when she is sleeping exactly like when she was a kid still with her soundless snores.

I see her stir in her sleep, then after a few moment of stirring she opens her eyes only to smile at me sweetly.

"Good morning" she says before putting her arms around my waist.

"Good morning, Mrs Corrigan" I said smiling at her.

I was lucky to see a little pink on her cheeks before she saw fit to hide her face in my chest.

"what time is it?" she asks already getting up.

"Too early to get up" I answer her pulling her back on bed. She lets out a giggle.

"but the sun may disagree with you" she said amusement clear in her voice.

"The sun can go to hell for all I care" I said already grinning. " You can stay though"

"Glad to hear" I was just going to kiss her before Emmy saw fit to barge in and we had to separate abruptly.

"Mommy" Emmy said already in Lily's arms.

"good morning, sweety. Sleep well?" Lily asked with a fond smile on her face. Emmy nods her head in agreement with a small smile on her face. While I reach forward to pull her in my lap.

"Em, what happened to your routine of waking up at 10 am?" I asked grinning.

"I was hungry, so I got up"

"Well I will make something for you. Tell me what do you want to eat?"

" Chocolate crepes, chocolate crepes" she said in a high pitch in excitement.

I nodded already laughing, "well then chocolate crepes it is"

"No, no sugar in breakfast" lily said in disagreement. " Ryle and Marshall are taking the girls out today. They will make them eat sugar as much as they want, if she eats sugar in breakfast also it will be too much sugar."

"Here's where you are wrong love. There is no such thing as too much sugar" I said after seeing Emmy get sad who latter smiled after hearing my response.

" No Atlas dear you are wrong there is absolutely such thing as too much sugar when five years are involved." She said with sly grin on her face.

I and Emmy pout for while then I nudge her lightly in the stomach and say " bacons and eggs."
She lets out a sigh but anyway agrees. So I pick her up, give lily a kiss on the forehead and starts to move downstairs towards the kitchen.

I got late for work today after eating breakfast I reached Corrigan's at almost 11 pm. We had started getting customers more and more now during day they love our Breakfast here. And at night BIB and Corrigan both are usually full till 9 pm.
I saw Brad coming my way from the kitchen. He usually arrive here to manage the staff.

"Hey Atlas"

"Hii" I said with a smile. " thanks Brad for handling all this, sorry I got caught up"

"I can imagine. It's fine I arrived earlier anyway, I had to drop Theo to school." He said not unkindly.

I nodded and said " I was just heading up to my office"

"alright I'll meet you later"

I went upstairs to my office. And found myself texting lily

Hey you reached to your shop on time.

After a few moments. She replied back,

yeah, just reached after dropping Emmerson to Alyssa's. Marshall and Ryle are taking Rylee and Emmy to the zoo.

I replied back, Okay I'll meet you at home. Love you.

Love you too. She replied just in seconds. I found myself smiling at the message for a while.

Emmy started taking overnight with Ryle two months back. Till now there had been not much problem. He has been on his best behaviour. But I still don't trust him and I am sure that neither does lily. He takes her for 2 days a week and those are the days when lily can't sleep whole night but I can't blame her because I don't sleep as well on those days. She gets worried sick about her. And interrogate her about everything when she comes back.

But it's fine we can handle two days a week if it means that in the end she will come back.

In the end we will be together and she will be home.
