Chapter 15

This is Deanna. Sorry we haven't updated! There has been a lot going on and I found her email and she informed me that we are going to continue this story! I am just surprised none of us deleted it O.o anyways, thank you so much for reading! Here is another chapter written by me! -Deanna

Brian's P.O.V.

~One Week Later~

Zackary was out of the hospital now and things were starting to come together again. Jimmy and I were touring, again, for Pinkly Smooth and was having the time of our lives. We made it on good terms with Avenged Sevenfold and now we were taking out separate ways. It was hard, yes, but with the help of the girls, it was getting better.

Pinkly Smooth was getting bigger. The fan base was growing. Ruby, our drummer, had major art skills and was able to help us with the band logo and the t-shirt designs, the stickers and such. We weren't making a ton of money but just enough to pass by.

"Thank you!" Jimmy hollered and did a weird spin kick which knocked the microphone stand over but it made the crowd roar in applaud and laughter. I laughed and wrapped my arm around his waist as we walked off stage. Ruby was screaming and doing crazy jumps off of the couch, Jess was laughing and smiling at me. We had worked things out and I was trying my hardest to let Zacky go. She didn't know that either. I didn't want her to know, I didn't want anyone to know.

"Babe calm down!" Jimmy laughed running over to Ruby and lifted her off of the couch. She squealed and wrapped her legs around him and hugged him tightly. I looked at Jess and smiled at her, grabbing her wrist and pulling her to me for a kiss.

"Hey baby girl," I whispered against her lips. She smiled and looked up to me.

"Hey Mr. Mr. You were great out there," She said, her fingers tracing my cheek. I smiled at her and kissed her some more. Before long, we were all in the bus drinking and talking about stage presence. How amazing it was but Jimmy started to get a little more tipsy and down in the dumps.

"I just wish we were with them," He muttered before taking another swing of his beer, "With M-Matt and J-J-Johnny," He hiccupped.

"And Z-man," I whispered looking down to my drink. There wasn't a moment when I wasn't thinking about them. I missed Zacky more then the others. I remembered the kiss I had given him in the hospital when he attempted suicide. I remember the shockwaves I had felt with him. I didn't feel those with Jess. They were there a little big but it wasn't intense like lovers for fifty years said it would be.

"But we'll see them," Ruby smiled, "We always do! You guys could support them for that new guitarist their looking for," She said with a smile. It just made me feel worse. I brought those guys down. I don't know how in the world they could take Jimmy and I's spots up on stage. Maybe some lucky fan that could play all of their music would be up on the stage. Who knows.

I drank to that though. I knew that we were going to see them one way or another.

That night, I was laying in my bunk. Jess and Ruby were up driving the bus to another autographing thing in San Diego, California and I was laying here staring up to the bunk above me. All I could think about was Zacky. I missed him. I was hesitant at first to text him. Thinking about what he would say, what he would do when he found out that it was me. I frowned and turned onto my side and grabbed my phone.

Me: Hey

Zacky: Hey there :)

Me: How are you guys doing?

Zacky: Were getting there. Going to audition for your spot soon.

Hearing him say that made me frown. I didn't want anyone to take Synyster Gates spot. I was the Synyster Gates. No one could take that away from me. There was that and the thought of someone being around Zacky made me upset and my stomach tighten into knots.

Me: That's cool :) Were going to San Diego

Zacky: That's cool. Listen, I need to go. I'll text you later.

I frowned and set my phone aside. I turned onto my side and closed my eyes and dreamt of Zackary.
