a mediocre monday evening led her to where she was now. each night consisted of only eating, studying and then sleeping. after returning home yesterday, she did exactly that - with a little more napping before it all.

tuesday started in the worst way possible: art class, followed by sport class; nobody deserved to do these so early in the morning. she was terrible at art and her clumsiness led to this. last time, she dropped paint all over her clothing - black paint onto her blue attire. it left a huge stain - she had to go out of her way to clean these, only to find out that she had to buy another or to show up with a huge paint stain. she wouldn't mind it so much if it were easier or less messy.

plus, her belongings were twice as heavy on the days where she had sport class. it made her back hurt, and that made it impossible to run. poor unathletic her couldn't even throw nor catch a ball; you could yell at her to catch it, though she'd still miss. with terrible coordination, she usually ending up being hit in the head by it.

hungry, she left her room and head for the refrigerator. opening it, she was greeted by sweet nothingness and a small bottle of milk. did they really have nothing to eat, again? what happened to the rest of the food they had yesterday?

there were new and unused cleaning sponges in there, but she doubt they'd be so nutritious. both roommates were terrible at keeping up with grocery shopping.

"selen!" she called, bashing her fist against her door. "get up, you're late,"

as if on cue, selen opened the door with a cheery expression, "surprise!"

"we have nothing to eat!" she cried - not even a 'good morning', only whining about their lack of food.

"yeah, good morning to you too," she smiled sweetly. "you'll be fine,"

feeling her stomach grumble in hunger, she pleased selen, wondering if she was kidding or not.

"i promise i'll go get some food tomorrow as soon as class ends."

"tomorrow? that's so long away! why not today," she frowned, "i don't even know where the nearest place to buy food is, even if i wanted to go,"

"which is why i offered to go out, and not you! think about it, i'm kind enough not to force you to go buy food,"

it was fair enough and she respected that, but that wouldn't change the fact that she was hungry, "okay, okay, we're late, let's go,"

selen lifted her sleeve to see her watch, "oh man! you're right," grabbing her bag, she ran for the door, "sorry y/n, gotta go!" and like light, selen disappeared.

'strange... now i'm all alone,' hopefully she'll see selen later.

sighing, she grabbed her belongings off the plastic counter and set off on her mundane journey.

wandering slowly, delaying her arrival to class as much as possible. the hallways were less populated now, with most others in class, and just a few stragglers making their way there. for a moment, she forgot her destination when the sound of loud sobs filled her ears.

turning around: against a locker sat someone bawling their eyes out. gloved hands covered their face, should she ask if they're okay?

she's in a better mood today, a little caring won't hurt anyone. this can count as today's act of kindness.

"hey, umm, are you okay?" terrible at expressing her sympathy, y/n was not good at comforting others.

noticing the voice of another directed at him, he uncovered his face. he looked familiar: a massive pale coat swung over his shoulders, and blonde hair bunched at the side, with the rest falling loosely at his shoulders. 'oh no, its mister charisma.' why does she do these things to herself?
