I went through my walk-through closet, scavenging for a pair of decent looking clothes. After nine frustrating minutes of searching, I came up with a pair of jeans and a black lace shirt. I quickly brushed and took a shower. My new record, 23 minutes. I know sad, but hey don't judge. I'm awesome. I put on my clothes , grabbed my bag, and ran out the door. I went to the elevator and pushed the 'G' button. The elevator opened with a 'ding' and I rushed to the set of doors on the opposite side of the hall. I punched the code into the dial on the door and waited as the doors opened. "Hi Mom! Hi Dad! Good morning to all! Rin, please don't suck on my chair." I exclaimed. I checked my iwatch. It's 8: 15, I had to hurry. "Bye guys, I'm leaving, come on Ray!" I nearly yelled. We ran to the bus stop and leapt on to the waiting bus. "Oh my god. Way to go." I breathed. "It's not my fault you were having a squishy dream!" Ray snickered. I pushed him into seat number 14. "Don't be so violent, or I might have to take someone to the hospital." he laughed. "Your impossible!" I grumbled. "Hey Reece! How was summer? I missed you so much." said my boyfriend, Kadyn. "I slid in to the seat and hugged him. "Don't forget about me Reece!" Kate whined. "There is no way I could forget about you, Kate." I smiled. She sat back down on her seat, satisfied. As we caught up with each other's lives, Wellington High came into sight. We drove around the building and came to a stop. We stood up as the buses started unloading. We walked in our little group until we had to part ways. I went to my locker and put in the combination, 9 - 33 - 49, and with a click, it unlocked. I pulled the hatch up to reveal my precious locker. I took out my red binder from my bag, and got my pencil from my pencil pouch. I placed my binder on the stand and shut the door. I hurried to Kate's locker and waited for her to finish unpacking. I hated that about her, she never cared about making people wait, she took her own sweet time. But I was way too loyal to leave Kate alone, after all she was my BFF! We walked quietly to trailer #2.
It was a comfortable silence. As we were walking, Kate yanked on my arm and brang me to a stop. "What was that for?!" I whined. "Oooooh..." I said as I saw that I was about to run into a pole. "I wanted to let you run into the pole but I decided to be nice today." she giggled. "Oh you monster you!" I yelled as I chased after her. We were two of the fastest girls on our track team. We slowed down as we neared the doors. We were laughing like idiots as we entered the doors. She went to her homeroom in Mrs. Lacy's class, as I entered Mrs. Robinson's homeroom. I think my senior year wouldn't be as bad as I thought it would be.
