Emma Taylor
"Congratulations to the class of 2021!" The announcer over the intercom shouted. Caps went flying all around me including my own.
I had just graduated from the Ohio State University with my Masters in business marketing. Right after I graduated high school I went straight to college because I knew if I didn't do it now I wouldn't do it. I am proud of myself to have made it this far though because college is a lot of work.
"I'm so proud of you honey!" My mom wrapped her arms tight around me once I found my parents and siblings in the crowd.
"Thanks mama." I smiled, I could tell she had tears in her eyes.
"Great job sweet pea." My dad hugged me next kissing my cheek. My dad was the head coach for the Cincinnati Bengals, the NFL team. To be honest I didn't know a whole lot about football because I was always to focused on photography growing up.
"Awe I knew my little idiot could do it." My older brother, Colt, said rubbing my head with his knuckles. He was only a year and a half older than me, so of course he had to give me shit.
"Thanks you're so supportive." I laughed and rolled my eyes at him. My other sibling ran up and gave me a hug as well, my younger brother Oliver.
Yep, I was the middle child with two brothers. They could be the football prodigies my dad wants, he gave up even teaching me football because I couldn't figure out the rules to save my life.
"Would you guys like to go get dinner?" My mom asked after we had taken a family photo. We all agreed since usually my dad was busy with football and since the season was over and he had a couple weeks off before training camps started.
"I'm posting that picture even though I know you guys hate social media." Colt said to our parents.
"Ah nothing good comes from social media, but go ahead you're a grown man." My dad shrugged. He didn't have his own account but Colt tagged the rest of us in the photo.
@ColtTaylor1 : Little sis graduated today 🥳
Tagged: @EmTaylor @OllieTaylorI smiled and liked his photo and commented back to him even though he was sitting right next me.
"Okay phones down!" Mom smiled and we all put them in our pockets and got ready to order our food.
"So Em, what're you thinking now?" My dad asked me.
"Well I know you're going to be very excited about this, when I was overseeing what the universities marketer does for their football team he told me they might have a spot for me." I smiled.
"Wow, get after it kiddo." Dad smiled and pounded the air with his fist. My dad loves, eats and sleeps football. But he was well known and well respected so I guess he did everything right.
Joe Burrow
"Hey man, wanna play some games?" Ja'Marr held up his switch looking at me.
"Sure man, I'll kick your ass in Super Smash." I laughed nodding at my TV so he could go plug it in.
"Fuck you Burrow, I'm gonna whoop your ass." Ja'Marr laughed getting the game set up. I was scrolling on instagram when I saw Zac's son had posted a photo with his family. I have met Colt several times because he will just show up at practice with his dad.
"Did you know Zac had a daughter?" I asked Ja'Marr raising my eyebrow.
"What the fuck, no? She's never been around to anything has she?" He looked like he was trying to think.
"I have never seen her but it looks like she just graduated. Colt posted a picture and it threw me off for a second." I laughed zooming into all their faces.
"Let me see." Ja'Marr jumped into the spot next to me on the couch. I showed him and he whistled.
"I never thought our coach would have a hot daughter." He said wiggling his eyebrows. She was beautiful, she had dark brown hair and brown eyes. She looked to be pretty in shape and had glowing features.
"Ah man shut up, that's our head coach dude. Be cool." I said pushing his shoulder jokingly. I did click her profile and decided why the hell not and started following her. I'm sure I would see her around eventually right?
"Time for me to kick yo ass." Ja'Marr smirked at me. Game on.

"Who is Joe Burrow?" I asked confused.
"Um only dads number one quarter back? You really don't know that?" Colt shook his head disappointed.
"I've been away at college, the last thing on my mind is who's dads quarterback. All I look at is the score to see if dads team is winning." I shrugged. I don't know why it was a big deal.
"We just drafted him last year honey, Colt it's okay your sister doesn't know who he is. What brought that up?" Dad looked my way now. We had made it to my parents house after dinner where we all were just hanging out and playing games.
"Oh no reason he just followed me on instagram, I'm assuming from what Colt posted earlier." I shrugged again. I clicked on his profile and he was attractive, but I wasn't going to follow him just because he was only my dads team. I didn't even know him, but evidently my brother liked him.
"Ohh I'm gonna have to give him shit for that one." Dad laughed and looked like he was making a mental note of this situation.
"Next time I see him so am I. Joey needs to get some game." Colt laughed.
"Like you have any room to talk." I raised an eyebrow at my brother.
"Hey now hey now defending the guy you don't even know." He held his hands up at me.
"I'm just saying if anyone is going to teach him to have some game it isn't going to be you." I pointed at him, which made my parents burst out laughing.
The rest of the night was great, I got to hang out with my brothers. Eat dinner with my family without anything else going on, plus I finally graduated. Life was going pretty well right now, and I was very thankful to have my family supporting me. After I left my parents house I went to my apartment and plugged in my phone. While it was plugged in I decided to take a shower and do my skin care. Tomorrow I had to go do some photoshoots for a local bakery in Cincinnati, so I had to be up early.
I laid down in bed after getting ready for the night and heard my phone buzz. Confused I picked it up to see a direct message.
